Admirez la vue imprenable sur le front de mer et enfoncez-vous dans le sable sur nos plages immaculées! Cette maison élégante offre une vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le balcon est incroyable pour de belles vues panoramiques sur l'océan et le large littoral. Il a trois chambres et trois salles de bain complètes qui ont été d��corées avec goût. Five Star

Mock Rentals rocks! They took excellent care of us due to a snag in our reservation. We couldn't have been happier with our accommadations and will definitely rent again. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful and quickly had solutions which made our vacation the best ever!

Two Star

This is our third year renting this specific condo with mocks and we will never do it again. The service with mocks has completely gone downhill. There was no communication so much confusion and we could never get anybody on the phone when we had a question. The condo itself was very clean when we arrived, but the kitchen is in desperate need of supplies. Limited glasses, silverware, and all of the kitchen supplies looked totally dirty. Overall the lack of communication is the reason we would never come back.

Ocean View Condo

Good beach location

Great location. Nice place; however, upstairs carpet was very dirty. And there was some sort of electrical problem or so it seemed (in the living and dining rooms).

Sail maker 111

Perfect location just steps to boardwalk. Balcony overlooking the ocean is wonderful. We have rented this condo for 3-4 years now. Furniture / mattresses could use an up grade but over all is really nice. We love Amelia Island and look forward to visiting again soon.

Good stay

There was very little water pressure in the master bath shower so it took quite a while to rinse off and quite frankly even get wet. The stay was great though and we have always enjoyed working with y'all. Thanks!

111 Sailmaker

Excellent, well maintained and well appointed condo with greatest views and great beach accessibility. Truly a magnificent first time beach adventure in Amelia Island, Fla. Would love to return! One maintenance suggestion is to address the upstairs 2nd bedroom tub drain as its very slow…didn't pose an issue as there were only two of us but larger group may find it troublesome! Great place!!!

Five Star Location, Four Star Property

This unit is in a FANTASTIC location. The beach was amazing and so close! Our only issue with the unit was the key pad, which didn't work quite right and we didn't have a quick way to get in touch with the management team. The pool at Summer Beach was freezing in April and closed for a private party for a part of our stay. All in all, I would definitely recommend Sailmaker, and we hope to return some day.

Great location

We have stayed at Sailmaker for years and this hss been our favorite condo yet! Very roomy with a large kitchen and balcony directly oceanfront. Simple (thank goodness) yet great decor. Great bathrooms. I would give this a 5 star rating, but the dryer did not work and was unable to be fixed until late Friday so we had to hang clothes out to dry all in every nook and cranny. It rained each evening so hanging them on the balcony was not an option. Regardless, we loved the service from Mocks and loved the condo. We would definately book 111 again!!

Great place! Prime location!

This condo is so perfect if you are looking for beach access and quiet time away from the crowds. We loved it. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because the washer was not working properly. We have to restart it two or three times for every wash. And the dryer is SO loud. I wanted to get in touch with the managing company, but I could not find a phone number. I think having a way to contact them via the Happy Stays app would be very helpful.

Great view of the ocean, very nicely layed out floorplan, and very tastefully appointed

The floor plan was perfect for our family of 6 - it's very tastefully decorated and the view of the ocean is really nice. There are some issues needing repair in several rooms - roof leaks with ceiling damage & the ceiling texture fell off in the kitchen due to an old a/c leak above it. 3 bed/3 bath for 6 people but only 3/4 roll of toilet tissue in each bath-we literally ran out the night before our 4 day stay ended. No recycling bins so these tree-huggers had to trash our recyclables - hated that! All-in-all, we'll stay again next year but will probably bring a pack of Charmin.

Four Star

Mocks service was excellent. Unit would be 5 stars except for a couple of things. Could not find a cutting board in kichen making it very difficult to clean fish and prepare meals. Also did not see a pizza cutter. More significantly, the master bedroom and upstairs 2nd bedroom TVs only have a Standard Def cable box. Not so bad in the small bedroom but very difficult to see from master bedroom bed. It's 2023, no one watches TV in SD only.

Four Star

We had a wonderful visit to Amelia Island and enjoyed our stay at 111 Sailmaker Sea Time. The condo was very convenient and included everything in the listing. I would like to share a few items that would have made for a more convenient/pleasant stay. 1. Driving directions for the condo should have been included with your arrival information …..i.e. once you enter the gate, come to the 2nd drive on left and go to the top of the parking area for 111. The parking spaces are numbered for each unit. This would have saved 5-10 minutes. After entering the first parking area and walking around looking for 111 to discover we were in the wrong parking area. We then noticed the other building and went to that parking area. The parking entrances do not indicate which units are in the particular area. 2. It would not add too much expense for the owners to provide an extra roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom or at least one (1) extra roll for the entire unit. With six adults spending 4 nights, one extra roll of toilet tissue would have been nice to have shared. We totally ran out of toilet tissue before the end of our stay and had to secure an additional roll to share. 3. A better quality of bathroom soap would have been appreciated. 4. We were surprised you do not provide recycling facilities. This is very important for our environment. Lots of recyclable items had to be tossed in the trash.

Run down. Could use some updates

We absolutely loved the view this place offered. The furniture on the patio however is rusty and worn. The north wall is crazed meaning there has been some serious water damage as it is bubbling and cracking. We thought that the showers could use a hand shower but the flow is better as we made a fix to it. The silverware is gross. Tinny and cheap. We brought our own silverware, towels, bedsheets and comforters. Since we were there in January it was a good thing as the only thing supplied for the bedding was sheets and bedspreads. We stayed for three months so every week we hired a cleaning service. The kitchen sink was so crusty but they managed to get it clean. The water caked showers were another story. There really should be a water purifier and softener here. The dishwater is completely crusted over and can no longer clean the dishes very well as the hard water has made the main jets inoperable. They could also supply some decent hangers. The internet and tv was great.

Lovely location. Unit is tired and needs updates and supplies were meager.

Location was perfect and being right on the beach was excellent. However, the unit needs updating. Mold in the bathrooms, shabby bedding, and could provide more supplies…small things.. toilet paper, garbage bags etc….

Lovely Condo

Terrific view; Easy walk to the beach; Bright and sunny condo. Mock Realty was accommodating and easy to work with. The condo met all of our needs. It is beginning to show some age in terms of furnishings and several water damage spots/peeling paint on ceilings and walls. We would stay here again.

Needs updated

Peeling ceiling, tables and chairs wobbly and old, blinds not working, beds broken and squeaking, lack of utensils in kitchen, hodgepodge of pots and pans, not enough silverware/dishware. I already contacted mock with concerns, and We appreciate the receptive response. Hopefully this unit is updated so we can rent it next summer.

Amazing location!

The space was amazing, the ocean view incredible! The furnishings and kitchen supplies desperately need to be updated for the few times people stay in and cook. Overall, the bedrooms were great, all with separate bathrooms, which was amazing. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. Our stay in your unit was mostly enjoyable. We would like to point out a few items that should be addressed . It would help if the vacuum cleaner was in workable condition. The master bedroom shower head should be replaced. The shower should be updated as well. Missing grout is not a good thing!! The second bedroom upstairs bathroom sink handle is broken as well. Downstairs picture window blind was broken and we never did close it. You might consider sitting on the couch to watch tv. The cabinet prohibits you from enjoying a movie since you can't even see the screen. Just the little things would make a stay a little more enjoyable. We will be looking for another unit through you when we visit again in two years with the family. When I spend money for 3 units for our family, I expect to get units that have been well inspected and not just your standard rentals. Please consider having your managers be truthful inspecting a unit.
