This unit is good, not excellent, and needs a lot of attention to the bathrooms. Shipwatch is a great location! If the unit gets some attention and some touch ups, it would be great.

The condo was beautiful just as described. The host Beverly was amazing in the communication. You could definitely feel the pride that the owner had in their condo,it made you feel right at home.

Overall we had a nice stay. Coffee pot did not have the correct pot to make drip coffee so k cups only. Lots of steps to access beach, not shown in pictures and our TV in the main room did not work. Parking was also inadequate having to park on the street at times.

Not a great stay for elderly. Lots of stairs…. However it was an excellent location / stay for our family and for families with young children.

Listing was as presented. View to pool and ocean were accurate. Beach access was nice. Unit maintenance was not good at all. Floors were dirty throughout the unit. Shower curtains were moldy in both showers. Kitchen sink did not drain adequately and garbage disposal didn’t work. We reported the garbage disposal issue, no one came to check it and no one followed up. The master bedroom mattress is a bit worn and slopes off on both sides. With a little attention, this could have been an excellent stay. Unfortunately whomever is responsible for cleaning and maintaining are not doing their job so, the rating suffers. Not sure that I’d book this a particular unit again. Maybe something else in the same area.

Nice view and the pool couldn’t be any closer . Layout was nice. Each room had its own bathroom and shower. It was quiet and comfortable plus an end unit. Very spacious and nice big closets. Washer and dryer a plus.

Amazing stay

Beautiful rental property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very nice. The complex was very nice as well. We enjoyed the pool. The walk to the beach was a little far, but I think that's the case for most places in Amelia Island because of the large dune area. Overall a great place to stay.

Spring break with a big family

We LOVE Amelia Island plantation and Shipwatch is our favorite place to stay. This condo was great for our big family that includes teenagers & elementary aged children. The kids loved this particular condo and have asked to stay here next time we come back!

Family wedding

We loved the location. The condo was perfect for our family. We had difficulty with a sink that did not drain and the toilets did not flush easily. Otherwise, we would most definitely stay there again.

Great condo, accurate description

Overall stay was excellent. Parking was a bit constrained at times but it was a very busy holiday weekend. Beach was very nice and was never over crowded even though it was Independence Day weekend.
