Le meilleur des meilleurs voiliers 3 chambres! Cette unité a été complètement rénovée et c'est magnifique. Admirez la vue imprenable sur le front de mer et enfoncez-vous dans le sable sur nos plages immaculées! Cette maison élégante offre une vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le balcon est incroyable pour de belles vues panoramiques sur l'océan et le large littoral. Il a trois chambres et trois salles de bain complètes qui ont été décorées avec goût. Cette unité a un roi, une reine et deux jumeaux et il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette unité est située très près des piscines et des accès à la plage. Amazing property!

This unit is a top-tier gem within the underrated locale that is Amelia. I've stayed in several Summer Beach rentals, but this is a different league in terms of the furnishings and the breathtaking view. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax!

Perfect for Family Fun

Over the last 11 years my family has rented this unit several times. It is nicely appointed and well maintained. Its location is easy access to the pool as well as pathway to beach. We are always excited when it is available the week we can all get to our favorite beach.

Oceanfront Getaway

We loved the property, which offered great oceanfront views. The property was as described and very clean. We arrived at night and it was a little difficult to locate the building, but it’s a peaceful and lovely property. Communication with the hosts wasn’t the best through the VRBO app, but they were very responsive when reached at the phone number they provide in the check-in email.

Nice place to stay

Great view, management is organized, communication is good and very easy to work with. Clean and well-stocked with nice ocean view. Beds were a bit firm for the family. Master bath shower needs better privacy, but overall, a great stay!

The interior of the unit was really nicely done. I didn't need three bedrooms for my wife and I and the steps proved to be our undoing. Give credit to the owners for their work but the next time, I only need two bedrooms and an elevator.

211 Sailmaker

We loved staying here, the home was equipped with everything you need. The view was amazing! The location is nice as you are directly between the pool and the boardwalk. It is a long walk to the beach which was difficult for our older family members but was no problem for us or our kids. An added plus would have been to have a small tv in downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom. I think for families with young kids the tv helps so they can watch something without monopolizing the main TV. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay and hope to be back next year!

Great location

Great location, nicely decorated & very clean. Disappointed there were not TVs in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms as described. Some of the pots & pans need replaced. The Teflon coating is very scratched & not safe to cook with. I had to run a load of dishes/silverware when we arrived. Found dirty dishes had been put away. We love Amelia Island & were thrilled to be there.

We loved this place. Location was good and in the perfect place. Very clean and up to date. Only one thing was the showers in the master bedrooms: I will have to say it was so nice to see the ocean from our shower but ….you can see bodies in these showers even with the semi frosted windows. When we first got there to go in the room someone across from our front door was taking a shower and you could see it all… so of course with ours I felt very subconscious about it the whole week. It was a challenge..even with ours being more frosted than the one across the way you could see silhouettes and no way to hang anything like a towel in front of it.It was just a little weird feeling other than that it was great.

Wonderful

This condo is even nicer in person! Beautiful, updated, and super clean. The location is spectacular….in a private, gated community right on the beach. It's in a residential area and perfect for relaxing at the beach. We loved having coffee/breakfast on the 2nd floor balcony, looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfy, and bathrooms are modern. There are even bikes, books, and games in the unit. My only suggestion would be to put air in the bicycle tires and include some portable chairs to take to the beach. We couldn't find any. Self-check in was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this unit and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hi there. We've stayed twice in this unit. The bones here are good, but living room cushions need replacement and bed linens in bedrooms should be better/more substantial. We missed having the little dish soap bottle normally with units and an extra roll or two of tp would have been helpful. All in great stay, but this is genuine feedback which would improve comfort in this unit for those staying. Could use a little updating/tlc. Thank you for your prompt attention to the two toilets not working and the added beach towels.

Our daughter and her family had a great vacation on the beach. The condo was a big part of the experience. Being on the water helps to make for a memorable time. The condo was in very good condition, well appointed - we would definitely rent this unit in the future.

Great vacation spot!

We had a lovely time visiting Amelia Island and this condo was perfect! The proximity to the beach and pool could not be beat. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing. The condo was well equipped and the management was very responsive to a minor repair. We will definitely stay here again.

Sunrise coffee

Amazing location about 150 yards from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms, which made things easy for our 2 families and kids. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, etc which made it easy to prepare and serve meals for our group of 8. Very clean and updated décor, we felt right at home. Beds were comfortable and lots of tv's for everyone's viewing and good internet. Location is very good and the pictures do not do the view justice, its amazing and its very close to the pool, which our kids loved. All in all this was a top 3 rental and would recommend this place to anyone! We loved it.

Great Condo with Great Location

Being oceanfront and having a pool were two important amenities for our family. Both the pool and ocean are just a few steps from this condo. Having one bedroom downstairs was nice for my aging parents who prefer not to do the stairs.
