"Island Royale 806, situé au 809 West Beach Boulevard, est le séjour de luxe que vous et votre famille attendiez. Rejoignez-nous dans ce magnifique et immense condo de trois chambres et trois salles de bain en bord de mer. La suite principale contient un lit king, les deux chambres ont des lits queen et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui rend cette unité parfaite pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le magnifique balcon à l'avant de ce condo a des vues qui semblent s'étendre sur plusieurs jours. Assurez-vous de vous imprégner de cette brise du golfe! Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et laveuse et sÚche dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Island Royale 806 contient quatre téléviseurs à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi pour rester connecté tout au long de votre séjour.

Island Royale est une propriété en bord de mer qui permet d'accéder facilement à la cÎte du golfe de sable blanc tous les jours. Les autres équipements que cette propriété comprend sont une baignade dans la piscine intérieure / extérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, un hammam, une salle d'exercice donnant sur la plage et des barbecues. Il y a une promenade pratique qui mÚne directement à la plage et est équipée de douches pour votre retour! Great location, needs a deep clean

The location of the condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but it needs to be deep cleaned. Floors, ceilings, baseboards, and vents were very dirty and dusty. Other than that, everything was great! if we could be ensured of cleanliness, we would stay again!

Family Beach Vacation

This property was great for our family vacation. The property was just as advertised and super clean. The beach view off the balcony was amazing. The condo had great and easy access to the beach. The location was fantastic and centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, right behind a condo on the beach is a place to parasail and ride the banana boat.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years now, from the time the kids were small until now where they are adults still coming with mom and dad on Vacation. This condo was by far our favorite. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience and a great place to stay. Bender made everything easy and I have to say that they were so attentive and made you feel that they would handle anything in a fast and professional way. They never had to respond as everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. However, I have no doubt that they would have, if needed. If you are going to spend some time in Gulf Shores, this is the place to do it!

There were coffee runs down the cabinets, sand and dirty floors and bathroom showers were dirty! Management company offered to come and clean, but who wants to have the condo cleaned once you are there! Very inconvenient and unprofessional on their part.

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and the comfy outdoor furniture. We are and played games while enjoying the gorgeous view.

Under dresser there was heavy dust a cheeto and piece of candy. Middle bedroom had stuff under bed. Condo did not have clean scent. We should receive a refund of the $250 cleaning fee.

Upon our departure when removing sheets from master bed. Three articles of clothing were found in our bed. Not our clothing. Two t shirts and a sock. This is nasty.
