"Island Royale 806, situé au 809 West Beach Boulevard, est le séjour de luxe que vous et votre famille attendiez. Rejoignez-nous dans ce magnifique et immense condo de trois chambres et trois salles de bain en bord de mer. La suite principale contient un lit king, les deux chambres ont des lits queen et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui rend cette unité parfaite pour accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Le magnifique balcon à l'avant de ce condo a des vues qui semblent s'étendre sur plusieurs jours. Assurez-vous de vous imprégner de cette brise du golfe! Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse et sèche dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Island Royale 806 contient quatre téléviseurs à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi pour rester connecté tout au long de votre séjour.

Island Royale est une propriété en bord de mer qui permet d'accéder facilement à la côte du golfe de sable blanc tous les jours. Les autres équipements que cette propriété comprend sont une baignade dans la piscine intérieure / extérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, un hammam, une salle d'exercice donnant sur la plage et des barbecues. One great family memory

Hurricane Helene passed close to us, but was no problem. We stay at this unit on all of our trips to Gulf Shores. I highly recommend this unit and Bender Realty.

The view is just as stunning as the listing described! Location is fabulous. Condo has recently been redecorated and was lovely. Clean, inviting. We were very happy with this rental.

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and the comfy outdoor furniture. We are and played games while enjoying the gorgeous view.

Great location, needs a deep clean

The location of the condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but it needs to be deep cleaned. Floors, ceilings, baseboards, and vents were very dirty and dusty. Other than that, everything was great! if we could be ensured of cleanliness, we would stay again!

Both times we stayed the building elevators malfunction. We are thinking about trying a different location due that problem.

We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony with the great view of the ocean (until Tropical Storm Cindy moved in). You will want for nothing while staying in this condo.

There were coffee runs down the cabinets, sand and dirty floors and bathroom showers were dirty! Management company offered to come and clean, but who wants to have the condo cleaned once you are there! Very inconvenient and unprofessional on their part.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sink would not drain the entire week. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. I called Bender and someone was supposed to come check this but no one ever came. In master bath water constantly dropped from ceiling vent soaking the entire bathroom. Upon our departure when removing sheets from master bed. Three articles of clothing were found in our bed. Not our clothing. Two t shirts and a sock. This is nasty.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location, beautiful view, comfortable beds.Cons: Dishes in cabinets put away unwashed. Light outside of unit went into strobe mode every morning at 2:00 a.m. Dishwasher controls did not work. Stove broil unit did not work. No mop or broom in unit. Dryer had to be run for 3 cycles for clothes to dry. Living room wouldn't seat 8!!!

Family Vacation in Gulf Shores

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years now, from the time the kids were small until now where they are adults still coming with mom and dad on Vacation. This condo was by far our favorite. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience and a great place to stay. Bender made everything easy and I have to say that they were so attentive and made you feel that they would handle anything in a fast and professional way. They never had to respond as everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. However, I have no doubt that they would have, if needed. If you are going to spend some time in Gulf Shores, this is the place to do it!

Great memories in Gulf Shores (2022)

No issues at all during our vacation. We come every year in October and always choose the unit. Weather was great with a brief cool spell that did not keep us off the beautiful beach. We will be back in 2023.Bender Vacation folks were great and made our check in and check out very easy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not clean. Had to clean refrigerator before loading our food. Under dresser there was heavy dust a cheeto and piece of candy. Middle bedroom had stuff under bed. Condo did not have clean scent. We should receive a refund of the $250 cleaning fee.
