We couldn’t hang out on our balcony much because of the strong smell of weed which we reported it multiple times during our week long stay. We even told them where it was coming from and nothing was done about it. They kept saying they were looking into it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the smoke smell on the balcony impacted your stay. We do want to clarify that situations like this can be difficult to pinpoint, as odors may originate from other areas of the building. While we manage this individual condo, we do not manage the building or its common areas. Each time you reported the issue, we passed your concerns along to the on-site HOA management, and we will continue to share this feedback with them in hopes that the issue can be addressed. The furniture was outdated, dirty, and very uncomfortable, (couch & chairs) in main living room. The rug was worn out, dirty, and was taped down so you wouldn’t trip on it. Dirty tape also. The Dish TVs continued to go down and we had to call maintenance 3-4 times to reboot. One tv was very old and had to be completely replaced. The local host Young, was very helpful, responsive, and professional. Great view! Pool nice. Deck furniture ok, but could be more comfortable. WAY overpriced!! Will never go back to this unit. We’ve been to Chrystal Shores about 6-8 times. We’ll be very cautious in future.

Also glad to hear the TV issue was resolved after we installed a new one that same day. Overall, this is a beautiful corner unit with one of the best views in the building, and sorry if you fealt it was overpriced as the discount you received had this well below the usual rate here. We appreciate you choosing Young’s Suncoast as your accommodation partner and appreciate you noting how helpful we were - we'll do our best next time to make sure you're completely satisfied with stay!

Great place to stay

I was pleased with Crystal West. Only things you should know is the pool is small and the pictures make the fitness room & pool table room look big and they are not. My room was excellent.

The weather was perfect and the property was clean. The elevators were a little on the slow side. Overall we had a great time!

Great condo!

Loved the first floor spot on the corner, definitely high enough to see everything! Elevators are slow and hot so the shorter the ride the better 😊 condo was very nice and appreciated the beach extras that were in the unit.

This was an amazing property. Saw previous reviews complaining about the elevators and thery were not a problem. Some of the fastest elevators we have been on. The facility was great, security always present, clean, and excellent boardwalk to the beach with rinse station. The room was perfect for our family. Youngs Property Management was amazing to work with from booking to check in to check out. We will be returning to this complex and hopefully this same room.

All the good things!

I don’t have enough positive things to stay. The condo is located on a corner with plenty of views. While on the first floor, the view of the surf is still worth while! We had so much fun we didn’t need to visit the pools or hot tub, so I cannot provide a review; however it was very easy to access local attractions. We loved every day we spent in the condo! Young’s Suncoast Vacation Rentals was also very attentive to my questions and very easy to work with! I highly recommend a stay!

Great spot and accommodations

Overall great location on the beach and first floor (actually four floors above the ground) gave easy access down the stairs to the beach and garage. Few thoughts: could use sheets that fit better, some small glasses and couple of the drawers needed attention. Little better explanation of TVs/remotes but good quality TVs. Plenty of dishes and silverware plus cookware. Pool is a little small but not a big deal. Highly recommend this unit.

Nice place just some small issues

Condo was nice, the property had several issues. One being the elevators run super slow and only one was working half the time. We always had a 30 min wait to get up to the 1st floor. We heard alot of moving around above us that kept us up.
