"Gulf Tower 3B, situé au 1051 West Beach Boulevard, est une unité joliment rénovée de deux chambres et deux salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Les costumes de maître contiennent un lit king size, la chambre a un lit queen size et il y a même un canapé-lit sur le balcon fermé! Avec trois téléviseurs, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi, vous êtes sûr de rester connecté et de vous divertir tout au long de votre séjour. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse et une cuisine complète pour votre commodité. Le balcon fermé mentionné ci-dessus est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'une tasse de café au lever du soleil ou d'un cocktail au coucher du soleil tout en profitant des sons, des odeurs et des vues du magnifique golfe du Mexique.

Gulf Tower est dans un emplacement privilégié de Gulf Shores. 1. 5 miles du Hangout populaire et des plages publiques et à 3 miles du Gulf State Park & Pier. Best beach access

We’ve stayed in this unite multiple times. The access to the beach and property location make it ideal. The management office is great with easy check in/out process.

Great Beachfront Location

Great Place for an Extended Weekend Golf Trip

Best Condo

Loved our stay- the condo, the furniture and decor, the location, the pool, and the rental company. It was perfect! Two small negatives: the kitchen isn’t stocked with ANY baking pans at all and the sofa bed is provided with twin sheets instead of full size.. and the mattress on it cannot be used it’s in such poor condition. But overall it was worth it and a great condo!!

Great location, excellent beach access. Condo outdated and dirty. Parking extremely limited and difficult with large SUV. Single fob was inconvenient. Cookie sheet for pizza would’ve been helpful.

It was ok, needs upgrades

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn’t a comfortable stay. The master toilet seat was too small for the toilet and moved as you sit on it. The sofa bed was stained and dirty and super uncomfortable. Kitchen needed some attention also, no dish towels.The lighting in the condo was very dim... it was hard to see at night. Just needs some upgrades!

Disappointed

The condo needed a serious cleaning there was hair everywhere. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the garbage bags were small and cheap tearing easily. We didn’t like only being able to have 1 vehicle per condo especially when the parking lot wasn’t even half full. We won’t be returning again.

No Salt?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not had to rent at Gulf Shores in a long time because we own a condo. I was so shocked that the unit did not have salt and pepper. there was also no soap provided for all sinks to wash your hands. I went to Bender to request ONE soap. The front desk lady was rude and very haughty acting. I never got the soap I requested.also, the floors were very sandy when I arrived.

Left something to be desired

Bender Realty staff was friendly and helpful. However, The Gulf Tower Condo 3b left something to be desired for the following reasons 1-the beach was eroded to half the size of the year before and the rental advertisement did not tell us there was limited beach 2-the white sofa was stained badly with something red. Bender agreed to send a cleaner but we put a quilt over it so we wouldn’t have the disruption 3-one of the two elevators was out of service and the other had a work in progress appearance. 4-the hallway ceiling panels had been removed exposing wiring and other mechanics which gave an appearance that the building was in disrepair 5-the dishwasher easily slid out of its place because it was not installed properly So while my family had fun, we paid more than the accommodations were worth Would I stay at Gulf Tower again? Most likely not.

Ridiculous

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was fine, however, some of the guest was horrible. There was a group of people that was using vulgar profanity, showing their self at the pool. The law was called 6 times on people staying there. The people above us had someone running constantly. Moving furniture constantly. The racket was ridiculous. We have a 1yr old that we couldn't keep asleep at night due to the racket. There was garbage under our beds, under the end table. We were unaware the condo had no tissue so that was a problem. We had no issues checking in or out but we will not be using gender reality again! Due to the issues we do not plan on visiting gulf shores anytime in the future.

And the only other thing is both bathrooms needed more deep cleaning. The master has mold behind shower curtain and the baseboards in master were terribly dirty. They need to be cleaned. Thanks
