Spring break getaway
The check-in process was very cumbersome. We were given a 10 digit code to put into an automatic lock that timed out very quickly. It took multiple tries to get it done and getting back in the room was very difficult. We made several calls to customer service. We were finally given the code to get the actual key to be able to use. That was not offered initially. also, the unit was supposed to have cable TV. The cable TV was not working and we were planning on watching the NCAA tournament while we were on vacation as well. They did send somebody the next day to look at the TV and set up with the cable company for them to come, but the expectation was for us to be there. We were giving a timeframe of the cable company coming sometime between noon and 5 PM. We were not gonna sit in our condo while we were on vacation and wait for a cable company. Also, the coffee maker was very gummed up and did not work right. We had to buy cleaner to clean it to be able to make a pot of coffee.The person that came from maintenance was very nice, and did reset our keypad lock to four digit number that was doable. Other than those issues, the place was comfortable in the beach was very nice.
