La maison principale comprend 5 chambres et 5. 5 salles de bains. La maison d'hôtes comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Entièrement mis à jour et rénové au cours des dernières années, le terrain de la propriété est privé et merveilleusement entretenu et comprend un immense pavillon, une cuisine extérieure, une pelouse et des jeux intérieurs, des cheminées intérieures et extérieures, plusieurs réfrigérateurs pour les boissons, un foyer et bien plus encore - Trop de choses à énumérer! Plus de 500 pieds de front de mer pour la pêche, la baignade ou la navigation de plaisance .... pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns des détails! River/Golf Weekend

Every summer, my friends and I do an annual golf/river trip in Texas. We are all 40 years old and there are 16 people in our group. This was our first time staying in Hunt, and this place was amazing. The house and guest house slept everyone comfortably and we were able to walk right now to the river. The outdoor patio is top notch and we spent 90% of our time here watching sports and grilling out. We will definitely return!

Best getaway!

From the time we walked into the house, we were beyond impressed! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was clean and fresh. It was so relaxing to be there and accommodations were wonderful. We loved it!

Thanksgiving stay

We had a wonderful experience. Plenty of room for our large family - 10 cousins. Ages ranged from 2-10 and there was plenty of room to run, play games inside and fish! What a wonderful SECOND stay for us. We enjoy this spot so much.

Wow! What a perfect stay!

We absolutely loved gathering with family and a few close friends in Hunt. This property is so much more than the pictures and truly a magical retreat. Family Had a Blast

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. We cooked, sat on the porch and watched and listened to the river, played games, watched football and swam in the river. The rest and bonding was much needed and we are thinking about how we can come back with more family/friends. The property is very large and room for many!

Best Riverfront Property

Amazing as always. Third year in a row to stay here and as always everything was excellent. We tapped into the boots on the ground Tom for the first time and he was lovely. Our family looks forward to this week together every year because the house is amazing.

Outstanding property!

Met 7 other women I have known since first grade! The property was perfect for everyone's needs, as well as comfort. The pavilion was a terrific gathering place. Inside the main house has a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room to enjoy. Top-notch beds, linens and creature comforts!

Birthday Getaway

Such an amazing property with tons to do! I recently celebrated my 40th birthday with 15 of my closest girlfriends at river bend ranch and we had a blast. The house had everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfy. The host quickly responded when I reached out with questions and was super helpful. We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing Location and House

I can't say enough positive statements about this property. My family and I rented it for a family getaway for 7 days and there was not one single thing that we would change about the house or our stay. There is not a single detail that has been forgotten and the beauty of the location and comfort of the house is perfection. We will definitely be back...it is the perfect retreat for a large family or corporate retreat.

Thanksgiving weekend

My husband and I recently sold our beach home of 8 years and we’re looking to take our group of 18 (3 adult children and their spouses and 10 grandchildren ages 5-16) for a change of scenery this year. This property was exactly what we wanted! The home and its adjacent lodge comfortably fit our group, the property made it great for us to be outdoors, and the outdoor pavilion allowed us to cheer on our favorite football team. A bonus was that 4 of my granddaughters are Camp Mystic campers and my daughter in law arranged for us to spend an afternoon enjoying the camp. John, the owner, went above and beyond by delivering a new cable box to the home on Thanksgiving morning because the tv wasn’t working. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

Our stay.

The property is great for a large crowd. Only a couple of issues. Low water pressure in a couple of bathrooms and the river is not as convenient as the website shows. Otherwise our stay was fun and well worth it. Would recommend.

Heaven on Earth

Wow! The property is fabulous! Each room in the main house is very large with a private bath. Comfortable beds everywhere. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The grounds are gorgeous. Fabulous outside gathering area. Can't say enough - we will definitely be back! Thank you!

As a former Camp Stewart camper and counselor, the time spent together along the Guadalupe is meaningful and priceless. We love gathering with friends and family at the property, something we do year-round! When the property came along it was a must buy and now we are happy to share with you!

Outdoor living/dining/entertaining/relaxing is a staple of this property. The riverfront private park and outdoor entertaining porches and pavilion are where we spend lots of our time. We love spending time with friends and family all across the property!
