Un très beau appartement, ensoleillé avec une vue charmante sur les collines à l'est et de jolis jardins (palmiers, oliviers et d'orangers) et de 1920 villas des deux balcons; Il est dans un quartier résidentiel et recherché calme, mais en plein centre de Cannes, et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre Croisette et du bord de mer. Il est au 4ème étage (avec ascenseur), et dispose à réglage individuel climatisation partout. MAINTENANT avec Ultra High Speed ​​FIBRE OPTIQUE Internet et la télévision.
Chambre à coucher principale est grande avec un lit king-size 1. 80 m de large lit, salle de bain avec WC, d'un coin salon / bureau, + balcon orienté à l'ouest pour profiter du soleil l'après-midi / soirée.
La deuxième chambre est dotée avec un canapé-lit italien, confortable pour deux personnes, grande armoire et d'un balcon orienté à l'est, et salle de douche attenante.
Le salon et la cuisine entièrement équipée (four, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle, w / machine à + table pour 3/4) ouvrent toutes sur un long balcon, face à l'est, pour profiter du soleil de la première chose le matin jusqu'à midi, ou à l'ombre dans l'après-midi. Salle de douche-deuxième avec grande douche, lavabo et WC, WC + une 3ème indépendante.
Un espace de parking privé sécurisé est inclus.
Il est à seulement 8 minutes à pied du bord de mer (La Croisette), 5 min à pied des boutiques chics de la rue d'Antibes, et le marché Gambetta

Open market and supermarket are 5 minutes walk away, the main shopping street is less than 10 minutes, and the seafront another five minutes walk

Tres agréable location

Appartement très confortable

Le propriétaire a fait le maximum pour que nous passions un séjour agréable.L'équipement est très complet. L'appartement est calme et très bien placé pour aller au centre de Cannes à pieds sans aucune difficulté. Voiture pas nécessaire compte tenu de la situation, néanmoins un + pour le garage. A recommander!

La descrizione corrisponde al vero,. l'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e dista 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di mace e 5 dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia e sarebbe meglio limitare gli oggetti personali dei proprietari. In ogni caso altamente consigliato

Wohnung mit toller Lage

Wir haben in der Wohnung zwei Wochen lang gewohnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, er stand immer zur Verfügung und löste entstandene Probleme schnell. In der Wohnung gab es alles für einen gemütlichen Urlaub. Die Garage ist sehr sinnvoll, da wir mit dem Auto dorthin gekommen sind. Danke an Herrn Mindham, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen anderen das Apartment. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Familie G.

Nice home from home

The owner made us feel very welcome when we arrived and showed us around the flat and its facilities. The pictures do not do the size of the flat justice. It was clean and tidy, just as you would expect. We didn't use the TV so can't really say anything about that. The internet was silly fast, which kept the kids happy. Everything worked and was in good order. It was in a quiet location and not too far to walk to the main beeches. The super market was a short walk and very well stocked. I would happily book the flat again, if we return to Cannes.

Cozy and well appointed flat in Cannes

This flat has lots of good qualities. It is safe, well furnished, has two and a half baths, two balconies, a lift and a garage. These were the features that we were looking for and that made our stay there most pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is charming and made me feel as if I were at home in a very french environment. The owner is courteous and helpful and helped make our stay effortless. The only disadvantage was the lack of English television which I have heard is pretty much normal throughout Cannes. There was a large supply of English books to read and by the end of the week I was comfortable watching the news in French. The only downside of the location of this flat is that although it is very close to grocery stores, a pastry shop and some cafes, it was quite a distance to the main part of the city. The streets of Cannes are very winding and many are one way. so it is difficult driving for someone from the US where streets are usually straight. We found that the best way to get around was to walk. We did gradually discover short cuts to the sea and felt very safe walking everywhere. All in all I would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to experience a feeling of living in France - a little removed from the more touristy aspects of the city.

As this visitor says, it's easier to walk everywhere here! Shops of all sorts, a Provençal market, cinemas and even the beach/seafront are all just a short walk away. So leave your car in the private garage, or come without a car; the train station is five minutes walk away, Nice airport thirty minutes. And English language TV channels are now available!

3 nights in Cannes

We spent 3 nights in Jonathan's apartment. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The place was clean and tidy...especially the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is in a residential area of Cannes... a 5-minute walk to the attractions of Cannes...specifically the sidewalk cafes to the south side of the SCNF Cannes rail station, accessible via the underground passage way. The place is air conditioned for a comfortable night's sleep.

Comfy and convenient

We booked this apartment for a late summer break in Cannes and it was perfect. Bright and spacious with lovely views we had breakfast on the balcony on one side and a glass of wine in the evening on the other side as the sun went down. Spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed ( and more) fabulously comfortable bed and super shower! The owner has made it feel just like home with lots of advice on how everything worked as well as how to find the local supermarket and bakery for the morning croissants! The local market is a five minute walk away and two minutes later you are on the beach!

Large sunny flat with wonderful views

Very convenient flat with great access to main shops and the sea. Wonderful to return and enjoy again the amazing views of the terracotta roofs and hill. The balconies mean it is possible to enjoy sunshine all day. Extremely comfortable bed in large ensuite main bedroom, as well as being very quiet. Everything needed is just so close by and Cannes is such a beautiful and friendly seaside town.

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt u bereits am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes die ursprünglich geplanten 7 Tage um eine weitere Woche verlängert. Die Wohnung mit Autostellplatz in einer gegenüberliegenden Tiefgarage – übrigens ein nicht zu unterschätzendes Highligth - liegt zentral u dennoch ruhig . Sowohl Märkte, Fussgängerzone, und Croisette sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Jonathan, unserem Vermieter, verlief von Beginn an reibungslos und unkompliziert. Fazit : Hier kann man guten Gewissens zum „ Wiederholungstäter“ werden !!

We had a lovely stay !

We rented Jonathan's apartment for 3 weeks during Christmas and New Year. The apartment is nice, bright and from the living room and one of the bedrooms you have a nice view over the hills of Cannes (La Californie). We usually had breakfast at the dining table in the living room and sitting there seeing the sun rise over Cannes is very nice. The apartment is on the 4th of 6 floors and located in a residential area with secure parking provided in an adjacent building. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, a living room (with large flat screen TV), kitchen with all you need (including dishing- and washing machine), 1 bathroom with tub, a separate shower and in total 3 toilets. There are foodstores in the area of which one is a supermarket, abt 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The walk from the apartment to the Croisette takes less than 10 minutes. Everything was as per our expectations and Jonathan proved to be a caring owner with useful tips about what to do and where to go. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would gladly rent it again, should we return to Cannes. Margitta and Hakan from Gothenburg

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I had a very enjoyable week in Cannes. The apartment, is comfortable, light, airy and located in a quiet location. We were met by Jonathan the owner, who supplied us with all we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. The railway station is only a little over five minutes away and a supermarket just down the road. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby in Cannes if you decide not to eat in.

Amazing apartment!

We have just spent a week in this glorious apartment and didn't want to leave, it was the best holiday property we have ever rented. We were met by the charming owner Jonathan who made us feel so welcome and we felt that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay in Cannes. After a helpful introduction to everything in the apartment we just knew we had found the right place. The bedrooms were spacious and had everything we needed and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected and had super comfy chairs and sofas as well as a table and chairs. The kitchen was so perfect and had everything you could possibly want, even a Nespresso machine! Comfy beds and extremely powerful showers all made it a five star accommodation. It's in a great location just a ten minute walk to the beach with all the shops of Cannes nearby. There is a bakery and a supermarket around the corner. We will definitely book this apartment again

FIVE DAYS IN CANNES IN SEPTEMBER - Excellent

My adult son and I were met on our arrival in Cannes by our host, Mr Mindham, exactly as promised. His peaceful flat has the most lovely views of rooftops and gardens. The location is excellent with a bakery and supermarket nearby and the flat is well laid out and clean. Absolutely all necessary information was provided by Mr Mindham and we had the most wonderful time in his beautiful flat. We cannot wait to go back.

Lovely homely apartment

This is a wonderful apartment. Jonathan has gone to length to ensure that everything provided for the guests is of good quality and to feel as comfortable as possible away from home. There is even a coffee machine with pods provided. The Wifi is superb and the best we have had in a rental home. The A/C system was also very good. The apartment itself is only ten minutes walk from the beach and was no problem for our two young boys to walk to. It has a balcony with mountain views from the living room and another at the master bedroom from which we watched the wonderful firework display taking place off La Croisette. There are two supermarkets within a very short distance and the neighbours in the building were friendly. The parking space was essential for us. We can truly recommend this apartment and we would stay here again. Jonathan is a wonderful host and he checked half way through our stay to see if all was ok. Thank you for helping us have a great holiday.
