Grand pont arrière donnant sur une grande cour arrière privée et entièrement clôturée. Parking pour 3 voitures dans la rue. En outre, cette maison peut être entièrement accessible en fauteuil roulant sur demande. Rampe disponible pour les marches avant, la 2e baignoire surdimensionnée a été conçue universellement avec une porte de 36 ", une grande douche à l'italienne, un lavabo sur colonne et des barres d'appui dans la douche et à côté des toilettes. Nice place, perfect location

We stayed for 12 days while visiting family in Carlsbad. The house was perfect for our stay. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and Carlsbad village. The property had everything we needed for our family.

Quiet getaway

Great location and spacious for the two of us. Comfortable accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, coffee & restaurants. Love the Dutch door. Would love to come back.

Location is great!

We visited the property with our 2 sons (4/6). The location is great, right next to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Also close to legoland! A nice backyard for the kids to play in and off street parking. Would highly recommend to families staying in the area.

Carlsbad Bungalow Paradise

Very clean, cute, all the amenities as described.The backyard was absolutely perfect for our puppy to run and play and yard is immaculately clean!! Very comfortable and close enough to everything within walking distance.Hosts were quick to reply! Thank you!!

Good family time

We were in Carlsbad to meet up with family from the East coast. The location was perfect and while it was very rainy we were able to relax inside. Our dog loved the back yard!

Perfect location

We decided not to bring our dog so Kyle refunded our fifty dollar pet fee. The heater made some funny noises after was on for a while but it worked and we turned it off before going to bed. Location was great to get to the beach.

Nice property and great location!

We loved our stay! The properly was just as advertised, and it was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the beach and downtown, which we really enjoyed. Kyle was attentive and check in was effortless. We would stay here again.

Great House

What a great piece of property in a great area. The family (Kids age 8 and 5) would walk to the Village at least once a day. The weather was typical for this time of year but it didn't stop us from walking to the beach one day. Great yard, overall great place to stay. We will come back! Thank you

Fun Family Weekend

We came to experience San Diego sites and celebrate my granddaughter’s 10th birthday. We enjoyed staying in Carlsbad going to the beach everyday. This is a cozy beach house with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations!

Beach cottage stay

This is our third year staying on this property. The location and convenience to beach and downtown Carlsbad can’t be beat. In spite of the construction across the street and street repair this year, we enjoy the location and comforts of the house.

Perfect beach getaway!

Kyles beach cottage was a very welcomed respite for our family! His well appointed home had everything we needed to relax, cook and enjoy the beach! From the citrus squeezer for fresh margs to the beach chairs, he seemed to have everything we had forgotten to pack with us! The location of the cottage to town was the perfect distance to help us stretch our legs after dinner or pop down to the beach for an easy afternoon in the sun. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious with a large private backyard, perfect for our Golden Doodle to play on. Thanks for your hospitality Kyle! We will be back!

A Gem

This property is a gem and exactly as presented in the photos. It is comfortable, impeccably clean, well appointed, and ideally located a block from the beach and approximately 1/2 mile walk from Carlsbad Village. There is a good size deck and a large fenced lawn in the back of the home with landscaping that makes the yard very close to private. We were vacationing with our dog and Carlsbad is one of the most dog friendly towns we have ever encountered. While the property is not air-conditioned, there are ceiling and tower fans and excellent cross breezes from the windows. The check-in was seamless and the host was extremely responsive when we had questions. We hope to return in 2025.

We enjoyed staying at Kyle’s home. It is close to the beach, has a nice yard for the kiddos and is overall tidy. Would consider staying here again.

Location Location Location

This home is in such a great location. Minutes from the 5 freeway yet one short block from the beach. Backyard is perfect for children and dogs and very well manicured. The house is clean, cozy and well appointed. We were only disappointed that couldn’t spend more time there since we were in town for an event. Would most definitely book this property again

1st time vrbo

Paradise by the sea

We booked this quaint little beach house for a weekend getaway on the coast and everything about it was delightful. The location is perfect! The house is clean, well maintained and the perfect size. The fenced in yard was a tropical paradise that my dogs never wanted to leave. In fact, none of us wanted to leave! Kyle was the consummate host. He responded to the questions we had immediately. I’d book this property again in a heartbeat.

Cute beach bungalow, great location

Quiet beach bungalow with lots of space for a small family. Large backyard that our toddler and dogs loved. Easy walk to downtown Carlsbad (the village), 1 block from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in a pet friendly place in north county

My family and I are originally from Seattle. We've been down in Carlsbad for a couple years now and simply fell in love with the area. It's a very laid back beach vibe and does not get super crowded around here like other parts of SoCal. And the locals are awesome! We are staying. :)
