Ranch moderne à un étage récemment rénové avec planchers de noyer et lumière naturelle. Trois pâtés de maisons de Tamarack Beach, prenez la promenade ou le sentier ferroviaire éclairé pour une courte promenade / vélo aux nombreuses offres du village de Carlsbad. Grande cuisine ouverte avec bar de petit déjeuner à quatre places et grand espace de comptoir. Table de ferme massive pouvant accueillir 10 personnes pour des dîners de vacances ou un petit-déjeuner en famille. La chambre principale a un lit king, une salle de bain attenante et un grand placard avec rangement intégré pour cacher les valises et se sentir chez soi. Deux chambres supplémentaires offrent des lits king et queen avec une salle de bain couloir partagé. L'espace de vie principal dispose d'une télévision en streaming 4k et d'une barre de son sans fil. Salle de séjour séparée dotée d'un foyer, d'une section confortable et d'une télévision en continu de 55 pouces. Cour arrière clôturée avec terrasse couverte, grill et douche de surf extérieure chauffée pour prendre soin du sable de la plage. Le hangar contient un chariot de plage, des jouets de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des chaises et un parapluie. Les jeux de plein air comprennent des jeux de pétanque, de ladderball et de cornhole. Accès facile à l'autoroute, à 1 heure de Disney, à quelques minutes de LEGOLAND. Allée circulaire avec parking pour 4. Internet haut débit et WiFi. Laveuse et sécheuse de grande capacité.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this property. Only a few minutes to the beach and an easy walk to Carlsbad Village. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the property was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again if we're back in this area.

Perfect location in Carlsbad!

We were very pleased with everything about the house. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer and enjoy the beach. The host made it easy to book and the house was clean and nicely upgraded!! Love everything about it! Well the driveway could use some TLC.

Perfect place for family

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was beautiful, modern and very well supplied with everything needed for cooking. We loved having a yard, especially for my young grandson. The walk to the beach was easy and not far. We loved the easy access to the trail that took us to Carlsbad Village. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay again, but stay longer!

Great place for families

This was a great place to stay for a week in Carlsbad. It’s a short walk to the beach, close to a great walking path that takes you into Carlsbad village, and the neighborhood is quiet (minus the occasional Amtrak train a few houses down). The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and dining supplies, and the kitchen table is the perfect size for meals and board games. We also loved the TV room that could be closed off from the rest of the house when our young children were napping. Overall a great house and we’d definitely return!

Nice house near the beach

We enjoyed a fun girls weekend in Carlsbad and stayed at this home. It was very clean with lots of extras. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and supplies. We didn't do much cooking but it looks like it's well stocked if you like to cook. The main gathering area was perfect for us to stay connected while doing different activities. We enjoyed the family room for movie night and my teen granddaughter slept on the comfy couch. We would definitely rent this home again

Family Favorite

We have rented many beach houses in several cities through the years and this is definitely one of our favorites. The house was immaculate upon arrival and had every amenity you need as far as supplies for the home and the beach. My wife even got a few ideas as to how she would like to our upgrade our kitchen as well as closets for bedrooms 😊. Patrick mentioned that they had a big storm prior to our arrival and he immediately came over to repair the gate leading to the backyard before we got there. You can tell he takes great pride in this home and it shows. We had a great time in our walks to the beach, which was only a few blocks over a little hill. Tamarack Beach was a bit more intimate than some of the Southern California beaches you deal with during spring break and other busy times and Vigilucci's Seafood & Steakhouse is right there across from the ocean. There’s also a walking trail that takes you to Carlsbad Village which has great restaurants and shopping. In the reviews, I noticed that previous residents mentioned it was about a 20 minute walk, which may be accurate, but to us it went by quickly, because , it makes for a fun family time walking in the beautiful Southern California weather. Fantastic place that we have already recommended to friends and family. Thanks, Patrick.

This house was awesome. It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, with an awesome backyard. It was only a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach chairs were very appreciated. Very close to the main Carlsbad area. Level 2 EV charger was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Absolute gem rental! Has everything you need for a family trip to Carlsbad, and specifically, the beach. Lots of space to spread out, relaxing backyard, yard games, puzzles and card games for the whole family, great location and very clean. I saw a few reviews mention train noise, but honestly it didn’t seem very loud and didn’t wake up either of the kids or adults.It’s easy to see how cherished the property is. The furniture is very nice as well. We hope to book this again. The only thing I will note for future families— the bedroom curtains are not blackout curtains, so it was hard to get the baby to nap and the 6 year to sleep late the first morning. Easy fix for us—we bought black garbage bags and painters tape and blacked out the windows ourselves. Something we usually remember to pack, but of course this time it slipped our minds. 10/10 would rent again!

Stay over the 4th of July

The property was just as advertised. Great house in a nice neighborhood with close access to the beach and downtown Carlsbad as well as good restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to/from Interstate 5. Bedrooms were good size and owner had all the extras one might need on vacation. Truly has everything you need to have a good vacation with family or friends.

Spacious and comfortable house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was a huge dining room table , a upgraded kitchen and comfy bedrooms. The backyard was perfect, shaded, lots of seating and plenty of beach supplies. It's a short straight walk to the beach and a lovely trail walk to the village for dining out.

Fantastic Rental

We’ve stayed at this gem of a rental many times and are always excited to return. House is stocked with all your needs for cooking and beach. We love the spacious backyard and being only a few blocks from the beach. Patrick is an amazing host with quick responses to all our questions. Love staying here

This was our third stay in this rental and the location is perfect for our family. The floor plan works great for us, as the baby can sleep in the pack n play in the family room. We had a little snafu with the entry lock keypad at first but Patrick was super responsive & quick to come help us out. Thank you, Patrick!

We had a wonderfully stay in Carlsbad at this beautiful home! I was worried about the train and traffic noise but it didn’t bother us at all. We loved walking to the beach and into Carlsbad Village every day. Perfect location, beautiful and clean home, great host.

Perfect Carlsbad stay

This is our 4th time renting this home and as always it was a fantastic stay. The open floor plan and the beautiful outdoor space make it perfect for our family. We truly enjoy lounging in the backyard and taking leisurely strolls down to Carlsbad village. The easy walk to the beach is also a big plus! It’s wonderful to have access to beach essentials, like sand toys, towels, chairs, and the wagon. It makes our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The home is always clean and communicate with the host is excellent. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
