Le plan d'étage divisé vous donne l'aspect pratique de vacances en famille ou en groupe avec l'intimité avec une salle familiale à aire ouverte et une cuisine gastronomique pour se divertir, et une grande salle à manger. Ceci est une belle location de vacances de 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain qui pourra accueillir toutes les familles et est très adaptée aux enfants! La véranda spacieuse est équipée d'une télévision extérieure de 60 ", d'une toute nouvelle cuisine extérieure en granit, d'une piscine privée chauffée et d'un spa 6 places d'eau salée, pour votre plaisir et votre détente. Les 3 chambres ont une télévision à écran plat et le salon dispose d'un écran HD HD de 55 ". Le salon privé est équipé d'une télévision et d'un canapé-lit, parfait pour une 4e chambre ou pour une utilisation comme bureau. Une variété de jouets pour la piscine sont fournis, ainsi que des serviettes et des chaises de piscine. Près de toutes les plages du sud-ouest de la Floride pour vos vacances ultimes !! Beautiful House

This is the nicest rental house we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated and had lots of room for our family. It was a little chilly at night the week we were there and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. We would definitely recommend staying here

Wonderful Property in Cape Coral

What a great VRBO rental!! We stayed December 24 - January 4 and enjoyed everything about our stay. This was definitely one of the best properties we stayed at - the kitchen had everything we needed as we ate most meals in. It was comfortable, very clean, well-stocked, and the list can go on and on. Definitely the most thoughtful and well-appointed home we have stayed in. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching football, the pool, and the hot tub. Judi is an excellent host and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Cape Coral. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated after a long day of travel. Location was great for our golf outings and convenient to stores. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Cape Coral. Thanks Judi!

We loved this home!

Amazing experience

We’ve used VRBO in many places globally. This property was immaculate and Judy was extremely accommodating. If there were a way to keep the sun shining more on the pool area we’d probably still be there. Best Vacation Home Ever

Relaxing

Judi provides anything you could possibly think of for vacation and then some. Taking away all those cares and concerns truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Our family spent hour upon hour without phones by the pool and fishing in the canal. This was one of the best vacations our family has ever had.

Stunning property

We have been coming to Cape Coral for years . This is by far the best rental we have had. There is nothing that it doesn’t have. The host even left a bottle of wine with the check in instructions . Don’t hesitate to rent this home. It is large , has numerous tv’s including one outside, and kitchen is a dream to work in. The only draw back was we did not catch fish .. but not to worry we caught several around the area. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Outstanding Vacation Rental

This rental is superb. From the moment you walk in it feels like home. The amenities were wonderful and plentiful. From the welcome wine to the sample sized selections in a basket in the master bathroom, all our needs were anticipated and met. We got to meet Judi when she came personally to address an issue with the air conditioner and she called the service company who sent out a technician on a weekend night to fix it. We would highly recommend this vacation home.

Beautiful Cape Coral Home

We have stayed at a number of VRBO homes over the years and this has been the most exceptional! Judi has provided every amenity possible which made the home so comfortable. The pool/hot tub and outdoor cooking and seating areas were wonderful. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood "off the beaten path" which we really appreciated. Judi offered total assistance and availability for questions before our trip... we have nothing but praise for the entire vacation experience.

Another Amazing Stay - Love from MN

We have stayed here a few years back and the home is still wonderful. Improvements to some of the furniture have been made so it's very obvious that Judi puts back into the home. Everything has been thought of when it comes to this property. The outdoor area is where we spend all of our time. The new polywood hightop table set is wonderful for morning meals and evening beverages. The pool is always warm and refreshing, we saw turtles off the dock, the extras in the garage for going to the beach are very nice and there are many pool floats and toys. Abundance of beach towels is so nice and the ability to do laundry is a huge asset! Thank you Judi for continuing to make your home our home away from home.

Home exceeds expectations

The photos don't do this property justice! The house quickly feels like a home as it comes fully equipped with even more than one could ever need. Be sure to stop by the house prior to shopping as many things are provided for your use. For our family of 4 this home provided a great stay and have highly recommended it to others. Tip: The home has lots of beach equipment (cart, umbrella, chairs, sand toys) if you want to spend the day in the sand. We found it best to go to The Boat House for breakfast (by 9am) to get a parking spot at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach.

Exceptional Property

This may be one of the nicest properties we have ever rented and would definitely return. The property is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in Cape Coral. The entire home is tastefully decorated and the house is outfitted with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The pool area is absolutely amazing and better than anything you will find in a Five Star Resort. The owner was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property the week of July 12th and had an amazing time! The owner was easy to work with and very responsive, and the beautiful pictures don’t even do the property justice! The outdoor space was incredible and the adults and kiddos alike had a great time lounging in the pool and watching movies while floating on rafts in the pool. This house has everything you need and then some, and the location was incredibly convenient. There were beach chairs and toys in the garage for use and honestly there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t readily available. We would absolutely rent here again and cannot recommend this place highly enough!
