Beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath, sleeps 10, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, direct Sailboat Gulf Coast access, new private dock, and boat lift.

Our Florida journey began about 20 years ago when we moved to Cape Coral Florida and fell in love with it. It brings us so much joy to now share this new adventure with other families that can have a nice, spacious area to gather. We love to bring our family here and enjoy the enclosed outdoor sitting area, swim in the heated saltwater pool, sit in the hot tub with morning coffee, take a boat ride through the canals, and explore the waters and other islands close by including the Gulf Coast. Please come and enjoy this space with your loved ones and make some wonderful memories!

This house has 2 king bedrooms with their own full private bathroom. There is also a single queen room and double queen room with an additional full bathroom, with access to the pool deck. There is plenty of comfy living room space but our favorite place to spend family time is outside sitting on the lanai, either at the 8-person table or on the large sitting space with tv. The outdoor area also has a counter space with an additional drink fridge and an ice machine. Every room has a tv and WIFI access included with each stay.

For 1-week rental or less the house is provided with 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, spices, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishware, full size oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher. Plenty of towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Also, pool/beach towels provided.

Boating from the Cape House Dock
Enjoy the ultimate boating experience during your stay at Cape House with our boat rental service. Upon request, a boat can be delivered directly to the CH dock, through our boating partners, allowing you and your guests to set out on a memorable boat tour through the scenic Cape Coral waterways or feeling very adventurous, head out to the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach, all within an hour boat ride from our dock.

• This home has a minimum age requirement of 24.
• Smoking is not allowed on the property.
• When applicable, FREE late checkout/early check in available!
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• All locked areas are off limits to guests.
• No Pets!
**Additional cleaning fees will be charged if place is left messy, this will be per the cleaning crew, as they do take pictures to identify this.** We want to ensure that our property is clean, new looking, updated for all guests. We like it clean!! Additional cleaning costs if left messy, per cleaning crew- they will provide us with pictures. Put things back where found please.

Family vacation

We stayed at this wonderful home for 10 days with our 3 adult children, their spouses/significant others, and 2 grandchildren. We had a fabulous time. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. We spent so much time by the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area which was incredible. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

FANTASTIC HOME- CAPE CORAL/FORT MYERS

The pictures don't do this home justice. Amazing pool/spa area completely within a beautiful lanai so no bugs:) Immaculate home with everything you need. Bedrooms are private ..two larger ones have beautiful ensuites. Other two bedrooms share a bathroom..works perfectly. Owner is very responsive for any questions.

Perfect for 3 couples

We travel often as 3 couples and this house provided an excellent experience. All bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, have their own tv and bathroom, perfect! The very large heated pool and large heated hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. This house has a huge lanai compete with comfortable furniture and tv. Everything inside the house is updated and extremely clean. The house is exactly as the pictures show and is well stocked.

Fantastic place to stay!!

The house was exactly as pictured! The back porch/lania area was AMAZING! We did spend a majority of our time relaxing out there! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, I just can't say enough positive things about the house! The owner was very responsive when he was needed, all around a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful outdoor space

We loved our stay at this vacation house. Our large group of 12 had plenty of comfortable lounge areas outside. The location was great, pool/hot tub equipment was easy to use and adjust, and Dean was a very responsive and accommodating host. The kids loved fishing off the dock!

Spring Training Baseball Trip

Great location to get to baseball games or beaches. Lots of food and entertainment in area. Group of 6 retired, life-long buddies enjoyed the patio for grilling dinner and socializing in screened lanai area. Thank you!

Great house, pool, hot tub and host

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was beautifully updated and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It had everything we needed including a great lanai, pool and spa. The most impressive thing was the responsiveness of Dean, our host. Anytime we had a question he was right there to answer. We highly recommend this property!

Great house for a small group

Check in was easy they let us arrive early which was very nice. Everything was updated and clean and plenty of room for the five of us. We only had one issue with the door alarms when it came off the door at 4am and started going off. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and finally figured out the heater in the spa cause the breaker had tripped. All around awesome stay and would stay again..

Beautiful and well appointed home

This is by far the nicest vacation home we have ever rented. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and appears to be recently renovated inside and out. It was a perfect fit for our families. The outside living space is well thought out. We found it so relaxing. The dock is great and accommodated our waverunners. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed as was the entire house. Such a wonderful vacation!

Family of 7 Vacation

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The star of this house for my family of 7 (5 kids and 2 parents) was the outside area where we enjoyed the pool, dining table, bar, and lounge area all evenings of our trip. I had a couple of questions for the host who responded instantly. A bonus on this listing are the beach and pool supplies collected in deck boxes (as of our trip, the beach supplies include a collapsible wagon, 7 chairs, 2 umbrellas, an umbrella stake, and a cooler).

Complete Luxury

This property has it all. There was nothing missing here. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet relaxing time with family. My family of 8 adults enjoyed this spacious house for a week. We were able to space out yet come together when we wanted to. The pool area was complete luxury and where we spent a majority of our time. The beds slept very good too! No one in the group had any complaints. Completely updated home and gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet too. Mr. Rossey was prompt with all questions and very nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place! We didn't want to leave.

We also enjoy our vacation rentals in Upper Michigan to go snowboarding and snowmobiling. Our goal is to provide families with a clean, safe, fun environment that can make lasting memories for a life time.

This area is a true haven for those that want to beat the hustle and bustle, but close enough to downtown Cape and Ft Myers for those looking for a fun night. Plenty of local restaurants with fresh seafood and shops. Everything is within minutes.
