WON-DER-FUL ! ! ! ! Huge, quiet, clean, comfortable and relaxing ...(July 2018)
We rented this house for 2 weeks (July 2018) to accomodate our family (parents 50's and 3 young adults).
We LOVED it!!!!
A bright, spacious and in perfect condition house, with a silent airconditioning system and ceiling fans in every room.
Everything you may need is there: fully equipped kitchen with plenty of accessories and appliances (even a Keurig coffee machine), brand new washer and dryer, 4 ultra nice bedrooms with nice flat TV's (masterbedroom has a private and huge bathroom), big living room, and a huge lanai with hot swimmingpool, spa ... and a large barbecue!
In the living room, a huge TV with internet connexion (and even a brand new Xbox with some games), big sofa for many people, on a very comfy carpet!
Lanai and pool are protected by a net, so no insects/mosquitos issues.
In the large garage, 2 bikes, plenty of fishing equipment -rods, reels, lures ...- (well adapted to canal fishes), a lot of stuff for the pool as well.
As we rented a boat, the dock was just perfect... and very close to the river (and then the sea), so you don't need to lose hours at idle speed to be out!
Gardeners and pool maintenance are coming every week (20 minutes maintenance) and are efficient and respectful of your privacy.
Wonderful sunsets on the canal and the palmtrees, from the main spaces (lanai, pool, livingroom) as the house is oriented on the west side.
Very very few traffic on the road, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes with car from Publix, Walgreens, CVS, ... and not far from plenty of restaurants.
Last but no least: landlords (Jodi and Dave) are very kind, attentive and responsive, no hidden conditions, no surprises, really a perfect relationship.
Certainly the best place and house we ever rented so far for holidays (all countries included): highly recommended!
