Enjoy the view to the nature reserve from your private pool & spa at Villa Amara

"Villa Amara" is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests with its three bedrooms (two with king-beds and one with two twins, all with Luxury Vinyl Floor) and two baths. All windows and sliding doors have Impact Insulated Glass. Two of the bedrooms have sliders to the pool area and offer a fabulous water view. The location is outstanding: The home faces west at a basin section of the South Spreader Waterway, the westernmost canal in Cape Coral, overlooking a nature preserve. Enjoy great views from the large patio with its electrically heatable pool and spa and from the dock. This is the place to witness incredible sunsets and find true relaxation. Free WiFi is available. Also free is the use of the kayak, the bikes and the fishing equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. Also, we provide towels, beachtowes and linnen as well as games, books, DVD´s, coolers, beach charis a.s.o.
If you´re thinking of renting a boat: There are many boat rental companies in Cape Coral where you can rent a huge variety of boats. You can moore your rented boat at our boatdock at "Villa Amara" for free. On request most boat rental companies deliver the boat to your vacation home. Since "Villa Amara" is located at a saltwater canal you can take your boat directly from the boat dock to the open sea (Gulf of Mexico). The nearest beach, Cape Coral Beach, is a 12 minute drive away. You reach the extensive sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva after about 25 miles. Closest restaurant and shops are about 1.5 miles away.

We loved our stay at the villa. The hot tub and the pool were wonderful and the sunset views were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have better pool floats and beach gear. Lots of great restaurants in the area. We road bikes and I ran in the area without any safety worries. Thanks for sharing your house!

Excellent stay! The view is wonderful! The pool & spa were perfect! The house had everything we needed. Stayed for 11 days - would highly recommend and will be back. Loved the location. Check-in was super simple - had all the needed information. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

As with our last visit to this house in September it does not disappoint. Wonderful outlook, well equipped and for us, as we like pine island restaurants, perfectly situated. A much needed relaxing visit exploiting the pool and hot tub every day.

This is the most tranquil spot, view of the canal and the nature reserve is so peaceful! We spent everyday in either the pool or the hot tub, watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Unser 11-tägiger Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die supernette deutsche Hausverwalterin hatte alles klasse vorbereitet und war rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir haben das gemütliche Haus mit einer wirklich sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung inklusive sehr bequemer Betten vorgefunden. Alles war blitzsauber. Auch im Poolbereich mit dem tollen Ausblick auf die Mangroven haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das 2er-Kajak war ein schönes Zusatzfeature. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Cape Coral reisen, wird dieses Haus unsere erste Wahl sein.

Awesome location

Villa Amara is a comfortable, well equipped house located in an awesome spot on the canal. Private location, beautiful view across to protected land and awesome sunsets. The pool and hot tub are great and we used them everyday.

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and I stayed at Villa Amara multiple times in the past. This time we stayed there for 2 weeks in July 2024. We found the house clean, well-furnished and peaceful as before, and enjoyed the pool and nice canal views (including beautiful sunsets) from the pool area in the back. The house manager was very friendly and helpful. We understand the owner would be replacing mattresses in the house very soon – so we look forward to sleeping on a new mattress in our next stay.

June Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Amara. The views of sunset match the pictures to perfection! The property is clean and well appointed with what is needed for a relaxing family getaway. Despite record rain, the pool made for great outdoor time when we could grab it, and most nights were spent watching the sunset from the lovely patio/spa. Plenty of wildlife to observe as well. Certainly a comfy place for a relaxing getaway.

Cape Coral Delight

This was our second time staying at this property. I can’t say enough about how perfect the home is for us. Everything is as described and the outdoor space is a special bonus! We absolutely loved everything about Villa Amara. Our hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and super helpful with all our questions. The villa is in a wonderful location in Cape Coral, and the house and the entire property is so well-kept, lovely, and homey. The view from the lanai and pool is stunning; we spent hours just sitting on the porch watching the water, trees, and birds. The house is beautifully appointed with everything guests could need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I will definitely be back- this was the relaxing, tranquil retreat we needed. Sensational Sunsets

This was our second stay at Villa Amara, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The new patio doors are lovely; so easy to slide! The house had everything we needed and then some. We loved having access to a bathroom from the pool deck, and the pool and spa were spotlessly clean. Every evening, we sat out on the chaise lounges with some wine and enjoyed the amazing sunsets! We will be back!

2023 Family Christmas getaway

The house had all of the amenities and more. The views of the canal and nature area were a great start and end to every day. There is nothing like waking up to sunshine and water. Even the rain we had didn’t make for wasted days. We came to escape the hustle and bustle of work and life back home, and this house did not disappoint. Anja was wonderful with a great smile and friendly disposition. We had some questions when we first arrived, and she was extremely responsive. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We have already been discussing making this a yearly trip.

Heaven on Earth

Awesome house, pool, hot tub, and most of all amazing views & sunsets. The 2 king suites each had patio doors to the back pool area. It was peaceful and very beautiful. It had everything....kayaks, bikes, pool toys, fishing poles, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 comfy couches, TV's in bedrooms & Living room, towels, beach towels, dishes & even shampoo/conditioner in the showers. I would like to thank the hosts for sharing their home which made our vacation unforgettable.

Awesome Property!

This home exceeded all of our expectations! Anja, the property manager, was super nice and very responsive to anything we needed. This property is in a great neighborhood. Views of the canal are spectacular, especially at sunset. The pool and spa were super clean and we enjoyed them the whole trip. We cannot wait to go back!
