The second master bedroom also opens up to the pool and canal views and is a Queen bed with its own private artisan tile bathroom. There is one additional Queen bedroom that shares a bath/shower bathroom with the kids bedroom. The Twin Kids Room is a kids dream: a twin trundle in an L Shape formation - this includes 3 twin beds (one is a trundle pull out). Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and all include Xfinity Internet and cable access.

The brand new open concept kitchen is an entertaining dream with all new appliances, a granite dining island area opens up to the private screened-in pool, canal and outdoor dining space and is adjacent to the welcoming living room complete with comfy sofa, loveseat & chairs, great books and a HD flat screen smart TV for family and relaxation time.

The décor is relaxed, comfy, uncluttered and filled with so many artistic thoughtful touches. Enjoy spending your time on the dock fishing or lounging with the open water – less that 1/2 mile by boat! Spend your days dining by the heated pool or sunbath on one of several lounge chairs perfect for reading and relaxing poolside. Guests have access to a full sized washer and dryer.

The fully screened Lanai features a beautiful heated pool overlooking the canal and private dock. It includes outdoor dining table and chairs, a charcoal grill and several poolside lounge chairs. The private deck has a brand new tiki hut with bar top table and chairs - perfect for entertaining on the water or enjoying a sunset. Guests are welcome to dock their boat here however there is no boat lift.

This home is in an excellent location and is convenient to the Fort Myers Airport, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Downtown Fort Myers. We are 2.5 miles from downtown Cape Coral – a charming area with great restaurants and bars, lots of shopping and is just 4 blocks from the Cape Coral Yacht Club (currently under reconstruction) and the Boat House Tiki Restaurant - a local favorite for the best area waterfront dining. The Yacht club beach is open and is a great spot to spend a day at the beach with kids. By boat we are just a few minutes to the Caloosahatche River which takes you to Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the Gulf Of Mexico.
