À propos de cet hébergement

Ce chalet d'été pittoresque est
situé en face du golfe du Mexique. Nous préférons louer à la semaine, du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche, mais nous envisagerons des séjours plus courts. L'intérieur est
style mediterranian décontracté. Le chalet est de deux étages au-dessus des pieux
avec un garage fermé ci-dessous.
Le premier étage est un salon spacieux avec une salle à manger attenante
salon et une cuisine pratique. La chambre principale et
salle de bain est niché au premier étage. Prenez l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'à
le fer forgé pestait promenade de chat où deux chambres supplémentaires sont
situé. Les chambres ont une salle de bains à l'étage entre eux.
Les deux salles de bains ont de grandes douches walk-in carrelées. Tous les comptoirs
(Cuisine et salle de bain) sont en granit. Les chambres à l'étage ont une grande
balcons et la chambre des maîtres sort sur le pont principal qui
entoure la maison. Le grand pont arrière (40'x20 ') dispose d'un coin salon. Il ya aussi une grande douche extérieure avec eau chaude / froide et un banc dressing situé en bas entre le garage et escalier de service.

This beach house was perfect!! Great location to the beach, very clean and lots of space! Richard was super nice and very easy to work with, would definitely rent this beach house again!

Great stay

Awesome property with amazing decks in very close proximity to Beach/access. It isn't a party neighborhood, but we were always able to have a good time on property hassle free. Very nice host. We would stay again.

Great trip!

We were in town for a family wedding and the house worked perfectly for us! The beds were super comfy and the entire house was clean and well stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. The only thing of note would be a small word of caution about the spiral staircase. We were perfectly ok with it but it is definitely steep and would be very difficult to navigate with any mobility issues. okthing

Great House for Blue Angels

This was a great house and we had a great time seeing the Blue Angels. I'm going to share my pros and cons of the home. These are just my observations. Cons *The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the kids room. *The downstairs bedroom is only a double (that should be the master) *my whole feng shui was thrown off (lol) As always we should end on a positive. Pros *so close to the beach. *nice big deck for lounging. *the outside shower is ahhhmazing (none of us showered inside...literally not once). This was my favorite feature of the house. *new deck off the upstairs *master has a comfy bed *owner offered beach chairs and things for our use. I'm sure there are things i missed but suffice it to say, we had a great time and the house was wonderful.

Amazing vacation

This property is outstanding. It has a big wrap around lower level deck and an upper level deck with a great view. The outdoor shower is huge. Inside is comfortable and well-equipped. It’s a super short walk to Pensacola’s white beaches. Highly recommend this spot if Pensacola is your destination!

The only place I’ll stay in Pensacola

This was my first time using Vrbo and I don’t think there could have been a better host with a great property to show me. Richard was an awesome host who is very strong in communication, fairness, and overall a great person. The property was perfectly located for a 2 minute walk to the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the open area down stairs was perfect for my group of 6 friends. The BBQ grills were a nice touch but the outdoor shower was the best part. 100% will be coming back and staying at this property again.

Convenient & Cozy

We had a nice time staying here. We enjoyed the upgrades like new second level deck and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was only a block and a half and did not take long at all. The yard area around the house does have stickers so renters should be aware of that. The stairs can be a little tricky and I wouldn’t recommend for young children for safety purposes. We had a lovely time here though! This property was cozy for family hang out time and delightfully convenient to beach access! We would book again!

Disappointed

There was keyless entry that did not function, so 1key for 4 adults was unacceptable. We had no access to local TV or cable, Master bedroom is very small, no vanity space in bath, space was also limited because of extra items and bedding being stored so we never ‘unpacked’, bed was uncomfortable. Nice area, beautiful beach but would want better accommodations for return visit

Wonderful home!!

We had an amazing experience! The property owner has great communication and personally showed us the property and asked if we had any special requests. Property is clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. Street was nice and quiet and It’s a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Wonderful Location

This house was perfect. The owner, Richard, met us on arrival and gave us a tour. He was readily available if we needed anything throughout our stay. The property was very clean and in a perfect location. Access to the beach was about a 2 minute walk, and we were close to attractions and restaurants. The house was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We will definitely want to stay here on our next visit!

Amazing Stay

Awesome home

The home was very comfortable and had such a pleasant feel. The house was very clean and well stocked. The host was there to meet us and gave wonderful instructions on the house. We really loved the location of the house. It was a short walk to the AMAZING beach and a quick drive to stores and restaurants. We WILL go back!

House was perfect for all 7 of us. Great location! Nice quiet neighborhood even with all the 4th of July and Blue Angels activity. Awesome deck and all the toys you need for a wonderful family beach vacation.

Fabulous Vacation Spot!!!

The beach house was amazing! Lots of room and easy access to the beach! Beds we’re comfortable, huge table to play games on, TVs in each room, and a huge porch with table and multiple chairs and lounge chairs. To top it off the outdoor shower was a lifesaver!!!

We had a great time! Not a bad walk to the beach, close enough to the shops and restaurants to drive but not right in the middle of it all. There were not enough beach chairs so Richard went and bought brand new ones for us. Great host!

A Complete Package for a Stellar Stay!

The obvious outdoor features of the house are the multiple decks that offer great views from each side along with plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and an outdoor dining space. One gas and one charcoal grill gives the renter the choice for outdoor cooking. The short walk to the beautiful beach is right around the corner. There are two hoses that made rinsing sandy feet and toys easy along with an outdoor shower for quick cleanup upon return from the beach. Indoors, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. A large stockpot could be a nice addition. The mattresses are comfortable in all bedrooms. There is plenty of gathering space like couches, tables, and chairs and four televisions for convenient viewing. The furniture is great quality and all rooms are exceptionally clean. Can't go wrong here!

Clean and within easy walking distance of beach

Nice property, good spot for 6 people, we had more and knew it’d be a bit tight, but wasn’t bad. Lots of steps to enter so a little hard on the older family members, they did well with the first floor bedroom. Great kitchen area, large dining table, and very easy access to laundry area.

Perfect Getaway!

Our group of six rented this property for a family vacation. We have always stayed in hotels until this trip. I was apprehensive about staying in someone’s home, but Richard made us feel so welcome! Our “kids” (ages 22-31) LOVED having a place where we could all hang out and play games as well as walk to the beach in a couple of minutes! Fabulous restaurants just a short drive away! Also enjoyed the spacious deck with plenty of chairs to relax, visit, and eat breakfast! Richard was good about answering questions and giving us a tour of the house when we arrived explaining everything we needed to know. Thanks Richard! We hope to return in the future!
