Situé juste en face de Santa Rosa Sound et à trois pâtés de maisons de la plage de sable blanc, ce cottage rénové a beaucoup à offrir.

Le 208 Panferio Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Le chalet qui accepte les animaux de compagnie a une cour clôturée, un grand espace extérieur / terrasse et une cuisine gastronomique. La chambre principale a un lit king size, tandis que la salle de bain principale a une douche à vapeur et une baignoire profonde. Le salon a un plafond avec poutres apparentes, une grande télévision à écran plat et de nombreuses fenêtres pour une bonne lumière naturelle. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière à gaz Viking et un bon espace de travail. La chambre numéro 2 a un lit queen et la chambre numéro 3 a deux lits jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain avec le salon.

Il y a un patio couvert de la cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires pour les repas en plein air. Les ponts avant et arrière sont parfaits pour le café du matin ou les cocktails de l'après-midi.

I love the wrap around deck even though we didn't get to enjoy it as much due the weather and the mosquitos. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

Neighborhood clean and quiet. Not many areas have grass but his one did. Short walk to the beach and to the shops. Best time we've had visiting and will visit again.

The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!

My family did the Polar Plunge. The water was freezing but we want to try new things in 2024. The only draw back was we could not watch football games in the bedrooms.

Amazing weekend getaway

The weather was a little chilly but we enjoyed were able to enjoy the beach and family time playing games. We really enjoyed the local restaurants, a couple of our favorites were Red Fish Blue Fish and Shaggys. Paradise Beach Homes staff was very pleasant and had great suggestions and ideas for making the most of our trip. They went above and beyond with the nice goody bag. Thank you for making our weekend getaway even more special.

Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. So happy it was pet friendly with a fenced yard! The deck was an added plus that we enjoyed. The home was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use updating/replacement. Paradise Beach Homes staff very responsive and professional!

We love the layout of this house and its location on the beach, close to places we love and people we enjoy. The reason for the 4 on the condition of the property is only because the reclining sofa in the house was not operational, and my husband requires his legs up due to back pain, the reason for the 4 on cleanliness is due to finding some missed spots while trying to troubleshoot the sofa issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was soo conveniently located! Close enough to walk around but far enough to be away from the traffic. The beach is about a 10 minute walk so I would suggest bringing a wagon to carry your stuff. We made the mistake of not bringing one and one of us would just drive the group and walk back. It was really the best of both worlds though. Privacy but beach access.

Great walkable location and outdoor spaces

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and generally comfortable with most kitchen tools you'll need. The proximity to Paradise and other establishments was wonderful. The gulf is probably a 3-minute walk away. Outdoor spaces were great, especially the hammock on the ground level. We didn't have dogs but there is a perfect enclosed yard for one. The only negatives were that the house did not cool evenly for some reason and the bath towels could stand to be replaced as they were worn and scratchy.

AWESOME RETREAT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just as advertised. Neat, clean, and well taken care of. Lots of space to spread out, great patio to enjoy the sun for morning coffee or late night caps. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The only things to watch out for are the mattresses' in the master and guest room are well used and have permanent waves but not a bad nights sleep and the gas stove that was cool to cook on had burner issues that constantly went out at lower flame levels. But none of that would stop me from staying here again in the future. Walking distant to all the beach has to offer and the boardwalk for night life and food.

Perfect location and an amazing property

Where to begin with this place...it is amazing. This is a very short walk from anywhere you really need to be in Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare full meals. The gas grill outside works well too, as we used it a couple times The beds were all very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The air conditioners keep this place comfortable, or even cold, if that's what you want, which is no small feat in Florida heat. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and nice. The space under the house is to die for! This is a different property since it has been raised off the ground. There is a very nice fenced area where pets can roam around. They even have potty bags to clean up the mess, if you forget to bring one down with you. If you ever have any problem, the property management team is right on it and will get your problem sorted out very, very quickly. We loved this place and will most likely be back here for another stay in the near future!

Nice Dog Friendly Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this home because it allowed pets and I was looking for a fenced in yard, which can be difficult to find in a beach rental. I would recommend it for dogs that can easily navigate stairs and are not fence jumpers as the fence is very short on one side. For this reason, our boxer had to remain on the leash for the week. The other dog could be unleashed as he is not a jumper. The house adequately served our needs and the weather at the beach this week was perfect.Paradise Homes are very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them. The walk to the beach is around 5 minutes. You do have to cross a busy road, but there are large enough breaks in the traffic to find a safe time to cross. It did make me a little nervous with small children. The beach that is accessible from the home is not very crowded, which was great. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The yard is great with beautiful plants and working fountains.
