À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison pittoresque est une histoire sur pilotis avec de superbes vues sur l'eau. Nous préférons les locations à la semaine du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche et envisagerons des séjours plus courts. Lorsque vous entrez à l'intérieur, vous commencerez à vous détendre dans le grand salon. Les canapés confortables sont relaxant après une longue journée sur l'eau. A l'heure du dîner la vue sur la porte coulissante en verre est serein et quand vous sortez sur le pont arrière, vous se terminera avec un beau coucher de soleil. La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée - juste apporter de la nourriture pour cuisiner vos favoris! La chambre principale est séparée des autres chambres et dispose d'une salle de bains principale et dressing. Les 2 autres chambres sont nichés sur le côté opposé de la maison. Un grand bain d'hôtes est accessible à tous. Il y a une douche extérieure en bas pour que rinçage rapide après une journée à la plage. Vous pourrez profiter de traîner à la grande aire de pique-nique fourni avec deux grilles et deux tables de pique-nique.

Wonderful vacation home

Richard got us checked in as soon as we arrived and show us around the property. Everything was great and we had everything we needed to relax for our stay. Nice beds and furniture and good appliances. It's very close to the beach.It's a great place and he takes very good care of it. We're definitely going back.

The property is perfectly located where its very close to all the attractions but far enough out to where the beaches weren't at all crowded, very clean and comfortable, had everything you would require for a comfortable getaway

Perfect Stay!

This property had everything we wanted and needed! Super close beach access, quiet roads, and SUPER CLEAN house! Will definitely be renting from Richard next time we’re in Pensacola!

Perfect location

I have been coming to Pensacola my whole life and well before the huge houses were built. This house was very charming and had such a homey feel to it. Russell was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had to bring our dog this trip and it was dog friendly. Win for everyone. Beautiful, Clean and Friendly!

We came to Pensacola with another couple to move our daughters into UWF. The home was absolutely gorgeous and was very clean and very comfortable! The owner was super friendly and very communicative about the home and where to find things. The beach was just beautiful! Highly recommended this home!

Perfect Beach Stay

My family and I would like to stay here again for sure. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, beach supplies and use of the outside shower. We had everything we needed for grilling and cooking daily. The amenities, accessibility the cleanliness and the host, we rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Wonderful Escape

This beach house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The beach access is so close! The garage was full of beach gear you can borrow. The kitchen had all the basics you need if you like to cook some of your meals like we do. The outdoor shower was amazing and spacious. The property owner was great and helpful! I am sure we will choose this location again in the future!

Comfortable and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Richard's beach house! We found it to be very clean, updated, comfortable, a very short walk to the beach, convenient to the restaurants and shops in Pensacola Beach and everything we needed to live everyday life, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach were available on the property. We loved the new outdoor shower and also time visiting on the deck. The neighborhood is nice and good for walking our dogs. We also enjoyed the nearby beach designated specifically for dogs- spent every morning there so that our dogs could be with us and there were very few others on that beach. We highly recommend staying in this house for a family beach vacation and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful home

Beautiful, clean home located in a safe neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and quick drive or Uber to restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and we hope to be back soon!

Comfortable, clean, convenient!

The house was very roomy, bigger than it looked in pictures. Such an easy short walk to the beach, no roads to cross. The dog beach is 2 miles maybe less from the property. I was extremely pleased with how clean, the house was, the kitchen had everything and more than needed. The beds are so comfortable! (Even the twin bed that i slept in one night) Our host Richard was awesome, he genuinely cares that his guest are comfortable, and that we had everytjing we needed. He let us use some chairs and an umbrella for the beach, we felt safe and enjoyed the deck when we weren't at the beach. Ill stay here again when back in Pensacola. Thank you Richard for a great place to stay!!

Perfect spot for family beach getaway

We come to Pensacola beach every year with my parents and our two young children, and this is an ideal house to stay at. The house is well furnished, and very well taken care of. The garage had all of the beach supplies we needed. Not only is the beach a quick walk, but it's also a quiet stretch of beach. The owner Richard met us to check us in, and he made sure we were comfortable. He was available throughout our stay, though we didn't need anything. It's rare to find such a kind host. We had a great week, and we'll definitely be back!

Relaxing beach weekend

Wonderful Beach House

Wow, my husband & I had the best time staying at Richard’s home. It is a fabulous property - so clean, just around the block from the ocean, and has everything you need for the beach! Mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We even had the opportunity to meet Richard, who was such a nice guy! We will definifely be coming back here next time we visit Pensacola! Thank you Richard - Kristina & Lucas
