Construction on this semi-detached beach home was completed in January 2024 -- that means EVERYTHING is brand new and top quality! With 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there's enough room for 6+ people to be comfortable. Enjoy all the comforts of home while relaxing on vacation -- because this is a full-size home, you'll have a full size kitchen with all new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer! Meant2Beach features 2 queen-size beds, 2 full-size beds, a twin-size bed, WiFI, and SmartTVs in every room.

The beach house is located near TWO public beach access points. In addition, because we are in a residential area, the beach is much less crowded than other areas of Pensacola Beach--even on holidays.
Want even more privacy? We are located less than 5 minutes from the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Opal Beach, and only 3 minutes from the East Snorkeling Reefs.

We aim to provide everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, an ice chest, and beach toys. Additionally, we supply you with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash--leaving more room in your suitcase for souvenirs!We want you to fall in love with Pensacola Beach just like we did.

Please note, the home, like most homes on Pensacola Beach is on pilings, so guests will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to access the property. You will have full, private access to the home--there are no shared spaces. Please keep in mind this is a semi-detached home: use the driveway on the RIGHT side of the property and enter using the RIGHT side staircase. Please do not enter the LEFT side driveway, LEFT side stairway or the LEFT SIDE fence as they lead to a separate home.
