NOUVELLEMENT RÉNOVÉ (12/2018) ... peinture fraĂźche, nouveau tapis, nouveaux meubles et nouvelle literie! Bienvenue sur Island View Home! Trois chambres Ă  coucher, deux bains Ă  domicile. Animaux domestiques, belle vue sur le son de Santa Rosa depuis le pont arriĂšre enveloppant. 10 personnes avec le roi en maĂźtre; reine, deux jumeaux sur des lits superposĂ©s complets. À la fin d'une journĂ©e ensoleillĂ©e sur la plage, des animations pour tous les goĂ»ts sont offertes avec des tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat dans toutes les piĂšces de la maison. Profitez de votre cafĂ© et de votre petit-dĂ©jeuner dans la salle ensoleillĂ©e rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine et offrant une vue magnifique, puis un cocktail et un dĂźner Ă  la fin de la journĂ©e sur le pont surdimensionnĂ© - barbecue fourni.

Great Place for a Family Stay

The location was great with a short walk to either the bay or the beach. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this house because of the location. Most beach rentals don't have a view, but this one looks out over the bay, and is uncrowded because it's beside a hugh empty lot that is apparently a right-of-way. Just crois the street and walk one block to the beach. The deck on the house definitely needs to be upgraded. Don't walk on it barefoot! The lower floor needs a bathroom. But we still loved the place for its location.

Great Getaway

Very nice, new and welcoming! Entire process very easy. Great view of sunsets and sound off back deck. Very convenient to beach and other area attractions. Beach chairs umbrella and bikes as well as kayaks provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good for the price

Close to the beach right on the main road. Wish we knew ahead of time that the room with the bunkbeds was on a separate floor. Not ideal when you have small children staying with you. House had everything you needed from cooking utensils to bikes, sand toys and kayaks.

Reviewer Comments: The home was exactly as advertised; beds were new, new appliances, very clean, beach just across the road, sound with beautiful sunsets off the back deck(very short walk), we brought 3 large dogs and their xpen-perfect, they have several very nice backpack type beach chairs, several bicycles, 2 baby gates, well stocked kitchen. It was the best rental we have ever experienced and are planning on reserving this house again. We have no complaints. Super dog friendly, worth the price! Easy check in and check out!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for us! We LOVED the location. House was very clean. We used the kayaks and bikes everyday. Bikes were in good shape. We took our 2 dogs with us and there was a dog beach a couple miles east which we loved. I think the house needs new outdoor chairs as they have a lot of rust on them but other than that we loved the house. We will stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The cookware was big enough to feed lots of people as well! The wrap around porch was excellent to watch the sunsets & conveniently located to a small Sandy area on the sound. The only downfall was that the check in was at 5pm & checkout at 10am and I felt like we lost a day by this. The place did not have hand soap in the restrooms (wasn’t a big deal we bought some). Also, if the staff where you check in seem like they couldn’t be bothered more, don’t let that deter you from staying here! There was a nice lady who finally spoke up in a nicer manner!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our needs and had plenty of room. We were only a two blocks from the beach where we could walk and it was not very crowded compared to near the hotels down the road. Bay was right outside your back door so made for nice evenings on the deck. Beds were not great but what is compared to your one at home. Master was like a sheet of plywood and guest was pillow soft. It's great this place is dog friendly but be careful lots of briars on the property due to being a national seashore. We walked our dogs on the side walk and took them to the nearby dog parks. Lots of food places, souvenir shopping nearby, grocery stores and other mainstays are over the bridge which is a 20 minute drive. Overall nice property that we would stay at again if we are ever in Pensacola.

Reviewer Comments: The air conditioner was preset and had to be changed numeeous times. 4 living large cockroaches made their way into the beach house, disgusting. The ice machine was slow. The coffee pot filter was disgusting with old coffee grinds caked on the filter.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had high hopes. But somethings could be improved. There needs to be a lamp in the second bedroom. There should be a treatment to deal with the ant problem. Mow the grass before the occupants come. Fix the garage door so it opens correctly. Replace the blinds so they keep the light out - too far from the window. Secure the blind on the front door so it doesn't flop when you use the door.

Family Beach Get Away!

We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!
