This is our favorite spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was perfect. It's clean, roomy, beds are comfy, the backyard and upper deck are so relaxing, and it's about 15 steps from the driveway to having your toes in the sand. This part of the beach is extremely quiet. Highly recommend.

Rodents

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and house size worked also, however there were rodent droppings in the closet, and we heard them in/on the roof. This is disturbing and needs to be addressed immediately. This could cause someone to get seriously ill and that is not good!! I would NOT recommend until this problem has been addressed.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take reports of this nature very seriously and want to assure future guests that our properties receive professional pest control service and inspections on a monthly basis. While beach mice and other wildlife are naturally present throughout our coastal environment, we have no indication of a rodent problem inside this home. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will continue to closely monitor the property as part of our regular inspection and preventative maintenance program.
