Les installations comprennent; Télévision par câble, streaming de Netflix instantanée Films, Internet / WiFi, Ordinateur portable. Vous trouverez également des chaises de plage, glacière et des bicyclettes pour une utilisation. Les clients ont privleges piscine au Regency Cabanas Townhomes juste en bas de la rue.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond and very accommodating and friendly. It was easy to get to the beach, and they had chairs, boogie boards, and bikes available for use which was super helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great vacation rental

Rental was great, better than shown in pictures. Communication with manager was great, he was quick, timely, and helpful. Would definitely stay there again; had a great time!

Beach house

A wonderful house very clean everything you could need, and close proximity to anything you would like to visit. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a beautiful white sand beach..

The house was absolutely charming. Lots of space and pretty roomy. The property manager Bill was really nice and on top of any concerns. Great communication. The house has a pretty easy and quick beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was not bad for our dog and was not over run with sand burs which was a plus. Our vacation was perfect along with the house. We will be back next year and will stay here again. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a charming rental. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Basecamp for the Beach

The house was very clean and well set up as a launching point for the beach. The collection of vintage bikes for use while there were greatly appreciated, as were the beach chairs. Check in was easy and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant.

We stayed a brief two nights of which the first had rain, and the second had a brilliantly sunny and cooler day. We had ample room for the four of us and privacy. Had all we needed.

Beautiful Beaxh Home

Bill the manager was great! We loved it so much I tried to book for the end of July and it's already booked. Felt much safer In an actual house rather than a condo. Will be back beach was clean and semi private.

Beach House

The house is as listed and is nice, also it is in a great location. My family enjoyed being able to walk to the beach access. The wrap around deck was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was a little confusing so check your attachments that are emailed closely, the front door key code will be on that, other than that enjoy.

Short but sweet

Girls trip… we got together for a country music festival in Mobile, Alabama and decided to spend a few nights in Pensacola. The house was exactly as advertised, the beds were comfortable, and Bill was great to work with. My only suggestion would be updating the hall bathroom a bit, but aside from that everything was great.

Great family neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It had all of the amenities we needed during our stay. The neighbors were very friendly and it was close enough to the beach to make several trips throughout the day without tiring out. Bike rides at dusk were amazing. Plenty of towels, rags and the owners threw in extra travel sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner, make up remover wipes and soap. The floor plan was well laid out. An older home, but clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. The only suggestions we have are to update the beds. And also the master bedroom stayed CONSIDERABLY warmer than the rest of the house. We had the thermostat set to 70 and it was 10-15 degrees warmer than that in the master. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and was great for my little family.

Good location. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad. House was clean and easy check in. House is dated we had to clean the refrigerator freezer so we could have ice. Back door knob was falling off the door. The BBQ grill is definitely not clean. Master bed was very uncomfortable and had a high solid spot in the middle so you roll when laying in the middle of the bed. The mold in the bedroom closet done it for me. My kids left early as they have asthma and that was the room they slept in.

Good overall value

The property is an easy walk to the beach and an inexpensive rate. There were plenty of bath towels provided. The property manager communicates often (maybe too much). The interior actually looks better than the pictures, but it is pretty dated- the bed sheets and comforters are pretty dingy, the showerhead in the master bath is terrible, some of the furniture is tired looking. There is a great wrap around deck on 3 sides. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and garage. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see stars at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

You text me at midnight your 1st saying a/c wasn’t working... i spoke to you on Sat morning and told you i would have tech check it... which I did. Nothing was wrong with the a/c, as this is a brand new system. When you leave doors open it will warm up inside! You stated thats probably what happened because there was a nice thunderstorm outside that night.

Not a 4 bedroom/3 bath, but great location.

This property is dated, but in an excellent location. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a futon and pull-out couch. The kitchen has been partially remodeled, but the cook-top and stove were barely functioning and the outdoor grill was too filthy to use. This made cooking for our family of 8 very difficult. That being said, the property manager was responsive and did supply us with a new grill halfway through our stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, but many of the cooking implements were too old and dirty to use. There were sheets for the pull-out couch and futon, but no blankets. We had to improvise.
