Bright and quiet apartment just a short distance from main touristic attractions. Located at the top of Barcelona's Passeig de Gracia in front of 5 star Hotel Casa Fuster.THE SPACE:Located right next to one of the best streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia, but still in the local and lively quarter of Gràcia (one of the best in town). This place is ideal for couples, families with children, and business travelers due to its special and central location.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) with AC

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC

Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed with AC (this room is not completely closed - ideal for children)

1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.FACILITIES:1.5 Bathrooms (1 with WC and bathtub + 1 toilet)

Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

TV and high speed Wi-fi

Elevator in building

This charming, quirky apartment met our needs perfectly! The location was outstanding, in a beautiful walkable neighborhood with restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the Metro and on to the train stations.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for our first visit to Barcelona. We loved staying in a place with a neighborhood atmosphere. The apartment is close to the metro and within walking distance to some of Gaudi’s famous buildings.

This place was great for a family

The main road it is on is right in the middle of the fashion district of Barcelona. Beautiful walking street and close to the major metro and bud stations. We loved it!

You definitely need to stay at this apartment if it has the amount of beds/baths you need. For Barcelona, the amount of space, the cleanliness of the flat, the location between Passeig de Gracia and Gracia itself, the ac / heater combination, how fast they work, and communication with the host and assistants— I'm honestly giving this property a 10/10. Very happy with our stay here

Amazing experience overall! H2O were very helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests, and the place was exactly as the listing described. Absolutely loved the location and was able to easily walk to many of my planned destinations, including the Sagrada Familia itself! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Barcelona :)

H2O are terrific. They responded quickly to emails prior to our trip and even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The apartment is very comfortable and located in a fantastic neighborhood. Lovely restaurants, great shopping and public transportation are all easily walkable from the apartment.

Large living room with table and tv area with large screen.Well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer.1 large bedroom with queen bed and good storage. Ensuite bath has slightly awkward but usable tub with hand shower.2nd bedroom has queen with good storage. Shower module installed in the corner of the room. Bunk beds near front door ok for young/small children. Handy elevator.Excellent location.

We stayed here for two weeks.Well appointed kitchen with large refrigerator, washer and dryer.Large well lit comfortable living/dining area, table, large TV. Washer and dryer. Elevator handy for luggage.Two bedrooms with queen sized beds. bedroom #1 has excellent clothes storage. Set of bunk beds in entry ok for children. 1 slightly odd but serviceable tub/hand shower in bedroom #1 and 1 small prefab hand/shower stall in the corner of bedroom #2

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing 3 nights in this lovely apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood. Our check in was very easy and they accommodated an early arrival so we could drop off luggage. The apartment itself was just as described. Plenty of space, good beds and dark rooms for sleeping, a washer and dryer, and the best location we could have imagined. We walked everywhere and always felt safe in the neighborhood at all times. We appreciated the modern kitchen although we chose to eat locally each day. Check in and out were a breeze and we highly recommend this apartment for a low key stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Great location but has quality problems

The location of this property is outstanding, however, many quality issues disappointed us: shower drain doesn’t drain so you must turn the water on only minutes, limited hot water, bedroom closet doors don’t open completely, no shower water containment in the master bathroom.

Quiet Apartment but Basic

The apartment had all the basics. Washer Dryer, air conditioning, and elevator building. Building was quiet and clean which was great. We found the kitchen to be lacking some basics, which made cooking hard, like a cork screw. Coffee pot did not take nespresso pods and we had to go out and buy hand soap the first day because there wasn’t any. Overall, apartment was fine, had enough room, but very basic.

Pros:Location is lovely and a short walk to the MetroKeyless entry App was handyCommunication with host was good and she was helpful when the coffee machine wouldn’t work with the pods Good working ACPlenty of hot water Spacious Lift/elevator ConsWe stayed for a week and the house wasn’t stocked with toilet paper/soap to make it the entire stayThe towels are of very poor quality and everyone gets 1 for the week Kitchen has most gadgets/pots/pans but there is no seasonings/cooking oils so if you plan to cook then a big grocery order will be necessary. Shower is very small and tub/shower combo is fine but hard to keep bathroom floor dry. Washing machine had strong mildew smell, recommend asking guests to keep door open until it’s completely dry.

Our stay in Barcelona in this place was an incredible experience. A great time had by all. H2O was always great at communications and check in was a breeze. With a phone call we made arrangements to drop our luggage early, before check in, at the place. Great location in Barcelona. Vibrant area with accompanying noise well into the night but we don’t mind the action. Very safe location. Hotel next door with a nice cocktail bar with piano most evenings. Taxis come and go all day and night there for easy pickup and drop off. That being said, we walked every day around the city with all sights no more than a 30 minute easy walk. Great restaurants and shops less than 10 minute walk. Very clean unit. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again if we get back.

The apartment was very clean and the landlord was very hospitable. Although there were some minor problems during the check-in process, the agency still solved it very quickly. The apartment is in a good location. It takes ten minutes to walk from the Sagrada Familia. It takes you to the La Pedrera and Casa Batllo in minutes. It is a street that is a luxury monopoly. Apart from going to the beach, other attractions are only You can walk on foot without children. In addition, there are several Chinese restaurants nearby, and there is a ham sold in the small square next to it. In short, thank you to the h2o.
