Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Dachterrasse setzt aber noch einen oben drauf. Wir haben dort gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt, gesonnt, gelesen, geschlafen, gequatscht und gegessen. Es kann keiner einsehen. Der Pool ist gemeinschaftlich 10-14/16-20 Uhr nutzbar und flach aber okay und sauber mit Dusche und WC.

Wir hatten Ăl, Duschgel, Putzmittel und Kaffeepads, Tee dort und bekamen neue HandtĂŒcher gebracht.
Leider riechen diese etwas wenn die nass werden. Bakterien?
Der Abfluss kann auch unangenehm riechen. DafĂŒr gibt es Raumspray.
Leider sind beide Innenhöfe zu den Fenstern raus auch nachts laut und wir mussten mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Dunkel bekommt man es aber gut.
Das Bett war sehr angenehm und die Decke und Kissen super.
Cairo war super in der Kommunikation und dem Service.
This was our second stay at this apartment and it really is a lovely place to stay, in every way.
Unfortunately this time we found the level of noise from other residents too much to bear, we think they are residents in the building, not tourists and are of Asian origin. Their children would use the corridors as a play area, very noisy indeed. Other communial areas were also used as play areas and the noise could be heard all over the building....Shame.

Modern, stylishly decorated and furnished new apartment in a good location. The spacious, private roof terrace is fantastic for sunbathing and there is plenty of shade for when it gets too hot. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our holiday. Malaga is a wonderful city to visit and we would definitely stay here again.

I am originally from Northern Ireland and after years living and working in London I decided to move to Andalucia and live here full time some 11 years ago after a lifelong love-affair with the country, its people and the culture. Together with my partner we have been running a successful 'Casa Rural' (a restored Andalus farmhouse) in the mountains just north of Malaga. In 2014 we decided to expand, buying two modern apartments in the centre of Malaga - a city we love. For us itÂŽs a city which combines great restaurants and tapas bars, world class museums and architecture and a fascinating history, all right beside the beautiful Mediterranean.
We wanted an apartment that was bright and modern in a quiet building but close to all our favorite Malaga places. We also had to have our own outside space to enjoy alfresco breakfasts or unwind after the the hustle and bustle of the city After much searching this apartment, with it's huge private roof terrace, met all or requirements. A great bonus was the rooftop pool - a rare find in the city.
It is unusual in central Malaga to find any outside space whereas this apartment has a roof terrace the same size as the apartment. The terrace has been set out in 3 different areas for sunbathing, eating and sitting with sunloungers, dining table and chairs and 2 comfortable sofas and table. It also has ample lighting so it can be enjoyed in the evening. The terrace is perfect for outdoor eating, sunbathing and a late evening glass of wine before bed. The shared pool on the roof of the building with views across the city is a rare find in Malaga and a great place to cool off after a day's sightseeing.
The apartment is a brand new residential development and not a designated tourist apartment block.
The air-conditioned apartment itself is comfortably furnished with a large sofa (not an uncomfortable sofa-bed) and has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite worksurfaces, ceramic sink, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, full-sized fan oven and induction hob. We have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils we think you need in case you fancy eating in.
There is also secure car parking available below the building for an additional fee of 8 euros a night.
