La grand-voile / foc # 676320, Sloop # 488351 et Sunfish # 676319 sont tous situés sur la petite propriété de Water's Edge Condominium and Cottages. Ceux-ci peuvent être loués ensemble pour de grands groupes, ce qui permet un hébergement privé, cependant, à proximité et des terrains et commodités communs. La grand-voile dispose également d'une unité attenante (JIb) qui peut être louée moyennant des frais de location supplémentaires. Le Jib n'est PAS inclus dans les tarifs affichés. Imaginez-vous assis sur le quai et regarder le coucher du soleil avec votre premier verre de vin après avoir fait de la randonnée dans les réserves forestières voisines, faire du kayak de mer ou nager rapidement sur la plage privée. Ceci est un village décontracté qui est très calme et privé. Quiet and beautiful

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights in a beautiful one room 1 bath condo. All units on the property have a view of the ocean. The beach at low tide was great to walk around in the water. Definitely a great getaway spot.

Great Studio Rental

We come to Maine and the Boothbay region often and use VRBO's in the area. This property was just what we needed for our trip this time. The rental was upstairs with lovely views of the property and water. The rental was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked although we ate out a lot. An added plus was the availability of laundry facilities on the property. The property was close to all the area sights. Very enjoyable and we would rent again.

Perfect Maine Mid-coast accommodation!

I was so impressed with the Mainsail and the Waters Edge condos! The location was stunning. The Mainsail has a fantastic view of the Linekin Bay from the porch and the property has chairs, benches, picnic tables, and a dock where you can enjoy the beauty of the bay. We loved being in East Boothbay rather than Boothbay/Boothbay Harbor because it was much quieter and more relaxing while still being so close to everything. The Mainsail itself was even better than I expected. It was clear the owners thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and meet yours needs. The kitchen area was really nice and well appointed. There was plenty of seating for meals and enjoying coffee with the bay view in the morning. The separate shower/toilet and sink/vanity space that could close off were especially helpful with our mixed party (parents/11yo son) and getting ready. I cannot recommend it enough!I’m sure the Mainsail is going to be a space we come back to in future trips to Maine and will definitely hold a special space in our hearts!

Cute, quiet community. Cozy, clean, comfortable rental with everything needed for an excellent getaway. Scott and Leah are terrific hosts. The king size bed is heavenly. I didn't want to leave!

Clean, quiet, central location

We first stayed at Waters Edge back in 2015. We enjoyed our stay then and decided to come back in 2024. Our room was just perfect for 2. It is located in a quiet area that is close to attractions we enjoyed, like the Boothbay Harbor, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. We highly recommend Waters Edge.

Charming and Serene

This is the second time we have stayed in this cozy studio. The bed is super comfy and really appreciated the kitchen, air conditioning and quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. We plan to stay for a 3rd time, next summer!

It was clean except for the bathroom floor which needed a good mopping Excellent view of the ocean I misplaced the key and located it after I left but don’t know who to give it too All equipment was updated and worked great but really needs a local contact

Lovely spot with a View

This was a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying lovely water views with peace and quiet. Loved being able to launch my kayak from the property and paddle the calm waters of Linekin Bay. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. Quick access to the village of Boothbay Harbor made it an ideal location. Hope to be back again soon.

This property is great!! Location works, right on the water. Interior nicely done. Very clean. Small issue with the smoke detector and it was taken care of immediately. Could not have been more satisfied with the accommodations. Will definitely go back when I visit Maine again.

Our happy place

This is our 3rd year at this property. Its calm, clean, and quiet and the region is beautiful. Leah is extremely helpful if you have any questions or problems. We got engaged there this year and are planning our wedding for next year in the area. Hopefully we'll be back for years to come!

The area was very quite and other owners/quests were very friendly. The view is amazing and sitting on the deck reading a book rain or shine was delightful and very relaxing. The room was nicely done with a comfortable bed. Boothbay and area has so much to offer. Our sail on the Eastwind was so wonderful and I would highly recommend. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy Mainsail!

Relaxing

Beautiful area. Beautiful views. Perfect room to relax. Loved having the kitchen there too make breakfast and snacks. The only negative I have is that the small window ac doesn’t cool the room much and has some black mold in it. Should be replaced. Besides that it was a great long weekend away.

Quiet, close to the water

Condo was perfect, and very CLEAN about 350 feet from water, one can swin at low tide or dive off the dock. Kitchen was newly redone, linens are provided, I would suggest to bring extra dish towels if planning to stay a few days. Nice comfy king size bed. Bathroom shower with no problem with pressure or hot water. Short drive to grocery stores with quite a choice of wine.a binder with colorful brochures was most helpful.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have been in love with Maine since I first saw a photograph in my fifth grade geography book! The history and landscape are beautiful. Once we met the people of this region we knew we had to live here. We had been looking at real estate resources for many months. One morning my husband said 'honey, I think I found something in Boothbay but I don't know if you will like it' One look at the beautiful sunsets and gorgeous water view and I said ' Let's call and book a flight!' As we drove from Portland to Boothbay we were more and more enthralled with the region and the beauty and the food as we stopped to eat the lobster rolls!! We were certain that it couldn't get any better. As we drove through Wiscassete (The Prettiest Village in Maine) we were touched by the quaintness of this village and the beautiful Sheepscott River, once we entered Boothbay and drove past the General Store there was no stopping!! We made it down Ocean Point road and turned onto the road into Waters Edge just at Sunset!! Wow! What a sight! We were home!! Now, we always make certain we get there in time to purchase our groceries and wine at the grocery store on the way in to be able to get back home in time for the first sunset of our stay. We never get tired of the music, dancing, wonderful food, outdoor activities, and site seeing. We have made many friends in our short time in this area. We have explored the nearby towns of Bath, Brunswick, Wiscassete, Edgecomb, Damariscotta, Camden, Hollowell, and Castine but always are so happy to return to this very quiet and serene place on the water. Ahhh Heaven!!
