Cottage Guest House confortable sur Mill Pond

Cette charmante maison d'hĂŽtes indĂ©pendante dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une cuisine complĂšte et d'une salle de bain complĂšte. Il fait partie d'une plus grande propriĂ©tĂ© couverte d'arbres de deux acres avec 254 pieds de façade sur Mill Pond. Bien qu'il soit appelĂ© «étang», Mill Pond a une marĂ©e de 6 pieds deux fois par jour depuis l'ocĂ©an. Les clients sont invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser le foyer et le patio de Mill Pond. L'appartement peut accueillir 2 adultes, mais avec le futon confortable, 1 adulte ou enfant supplĂ©mentaire peut ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©. Nous avons Ă©galement un pack et jouer que les clients avec un petit enfant peuvent utiliser gratuitement. Un espace de stationnement couvert est Ă©galement inclus. L'appartement dispose d'Internet sans fil et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision avec DVD et Apple TV / Netflix.

Peaceful and charming

The house and property were very well kept, clean and orderly. Peace and quiet are the most important factors to us. The hosts were available and helpful and also respected our privacy. We will definitely stay here again.

A Real Gem

My fiancĂ©e and I booked this place at the last minute and it surpassed our expectations. It’s got everything you need. Beautiful little cottage, very cozy. Tom and Celeste are fantastic hosts, they gave us some great tips about the local area. The place was clean, check in and check out was super easy. It was the perfect spot for our anniversary. Book it!

Wonderful cottage get away

Very comfortable stay at this cottage. All the essentials were provided, bed and couch very comfortable, cottage was very clean. We were there during a heat wave so it was great to have AC! Enjoyed the beautiful yard and pond views. Short drive to Boothbay Harbor and scenic East Boothbay coast. Top notch communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this charming guest cottage on Mill Pond! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The cottage is cozy and well appointed—with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The setting is absolutely beautiful. Nestled among the trees on a spacious, private property, the cottage offers lovely views of Mill Pond. Our hosts were kind and respectful of our privacy. The covered parking space was another plus. All in all, this place was a perfect little getaway—peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and filled with charm. We’d love to return!

Beautiful and peaceful spot

The little cottage was perfect us for, lovely and well equipped. Sitting by picturesque mill pond in the Adirondack chairs provided was so peaceful. Walks along the road to the public put in and other coastal areas along Linekin Bay was splendid! Wonderful spot in great location!

Lovely place to enjoy Boothbay

Exactly as advertised. Very nice view to Mill Pond. Close access to Boothbay Harbor and Ocean Point. Quiet, clean, relaxing place to stay to enjoy all the delights of mid coast Maine.

Lovely little cottage in a peaceful setting

This cottage was perfect for our stay. It is comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The view down to the pond is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and charming -- we really enjoyed being in East Boothbay, as compared to the busier and more crowded Boothbay Harbor. There are several good hiking trails in the area, and so many other interesting things to do. Highly recommend! We would happily stay here again.

Peaceful, relaxing location

Very clean cottage. More than enough for a couple. We loved the big yard with the hammock, fire pit, and the tidal pond. Location is perfect - Boothbay Harbor is less than 10 mins away and it’s a great jumping-off point for the Boothbay Region in general. Only downside was no AC - there were some hot nights where having the windows open didn’t help and the fan could barely keep up.

East Boothbay is lovely.

The property is a solid, dependable, clean place to stay, with a nice bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen. The large shady yard is exceptional, leading down to the water. The small village is very quaint. Walking west on Murray Hill road is a great walk with a couple public boat landings and lovely houses, well kept, with many flowers. The little general store is a one minute walk. When they are open, they have great bakery and coffee and other goods. The owners were very friendly and communicative, easy to get a hold of when we had a minor issue.

We’ll be back!

My family and I loved everything about our stay at this cottage on Mill Pond! This was our first time in Maine and we’re already talking about coming back next year. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee by the pond and on the swing. It’s a short walk to the quaint General Store down the street and a short drive to the adorable Boothbay Harbor town. There is so much to do in the area but it’s also nice to come back and relax by the water or have a fire with s’mores! Thank you, Tom and Celeste, for a relaxing and fun getaway for my husband, son and me! We’ll be back!! :)

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The cottage is tucked away but still it was easy to get to the harbor or different places to visit. Our hosts, Celeste and Tom were very inviting and helped with things to do and see. I’d love to come back one day.

We loved this cottage, the immediate surroundings, and the overall location. The cottage was spotless, well furnished, tranquil and relaxing with lovely nearby walks, and convenient for driving into Boothbay Harbor and to other sites we wanted to visit. Very nice property!

Very well equipped and clean! Great communication with the owners and they made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check-in and checkout. Small guest house but it “lives big”. Beautiful location from Downtown Harbor and Ocean Point. Been traveling to Boothbay for over 50 yrs. (yes we are old). Started by camping there and then to many different cottages over the years. I must say this is one of the top two on the list. Looking forward to staying there again! Can I say, relaxing property!

This cottage had a comfortable firm bed and a very good shower. The inside was plenty roomy and the kitchen had all that we needed. The heater worked well. The yard is beautiful, especially looking over Mill Pond. We hope to return again someday.

Quaint but damp

My husband and I enjoyed the bnb for the most part - perfect kitchen amenities, beautiful view of the bay, cute little general store a short walk away. But we did notice it was pretty damp INSIDE the bnb our whole stay. There is no AC system, so the humidity builds up during the day, especially on rainy days and especially after a shower. Our clothes and the sheets/towels were damp to the touch our whole stay and smelled a little musty. An easy fix with a dehumidifier I think.
