Imaginez-vous assis sur le quai et regarder le coucher de soleil avec votre premier verre de vin après avoir fait une randonnée dans les forêts voisines, faire du kayak de mer ou prendre un bon bain sur la plage côtière privée. C'est une communauté décontractée qui est très calme et privée. L'île de Cabbage est juste de l'autre côté de la baie pour les célèbres palourdes et la ville portuaire est à 4 miles de distance pour la vie nocturne, restaurants, magasins et excursions en bateau pour danser, écouter de la musique et des baleines et phoques. Louer un kayak ou un bateau et profiter de voir cette zone de l'eau. Camp Leott Jib est une unité rénovée et magnifiquement entretenue au deuxième étage très proche de l'eau. Jib a une cuisine studio avec attrayant comptoirs en granit micro-ondes, cafetière, dortoir réfrigérateur et plus, un bain 3/4 avec dressing privé, deux lits doubles, table et chaises, Tirez sur le siège d'amour jumeau et terrasse extérieure couverte. Imaginez-vous en train de ramasser des homards vivants des homards au quai ou à la fourrière et de préparer votre délicieux repas de homard dans votre propre cuisine pour le déguster à l'extérieur sur le pont! Cette unité est d'environ 350 pieds et dispose d'un dressing privé séparé de la douche et des toilettes. Le Jib # 1388361 et le Mainsail # 676320, le Sloop # 488351 et le Sunfish # 676319 sont tous situés sur la petite propriété de Water's Edge Condominium and Cottages. Ceux-ci peuvent être loués ensemble pour les grands groupes permettant des logements privés, cependant, à proximité et terrains et équipements communs. Beautiful place with ocean view

This unit was everything we needed for a few days in the Boothbay Harbor area. Clean and nicely decorated. Easy to find, but having the name of the unit would have made it much easier! We enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful water views and ease of getting to places to see the area.

Really enjoyed my little trip to Boothbay. Plenty to do. My grandkids came for one night and we had such fun at the Maine Botanical Gardens. The unit was just fine with all the essentials, comfortable beds, nice dock and pretty sunsets.

KY Sisters

We do a yearly sister trip and so far all 4 years have been along the coast of Maine. We fell in love with the Boothbay area and stay at the same place each year. It’s perfect. Awesome water views, easy location to get everywhere and the hosts are great. Very cost efficient as well. Highly recommend.

Great place on the lake

The room was just as pictured online. Very clean, easy to find, easy check in, plenty of parking. I would rather be away from the hustle & bustle of town and this place was perfect. Far enough away, but not too far.

Quiet

The room is clean, comfortable, and efficient. There was no interaction with the owners at all and the no inflexibility of the refund policy made us a bit uneasy at first. But it is straightforward listing, nothing amiss, and the area is beautiful to explore.

A Well Kept Secret

We have been coming to Boothbay Harbor for years, and never really knew about this wonderful place to stay! The owners were very responsive and helpful when VRBO did not send us the check-in instructions, the accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and the view was absolutely gorgeous!! We cannot speak highly enough about our vacation at this little piece of Heaven, and hope to rent again in the years to come. A million thanks, Leah and Scott!!

VERY Accommodating!!

Everything you need for a beautiful stay- including laundry facilities!! Everyone is very friendly!! Did miss not having a dock! Hopefully, they get it fixed soon! Nice to have a rough beach though when the tide goes out and chairs by the ocean!! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Very nice stay

Beautiful property; breathtaking views; comfortable bed. Had a coffee maker but no coffee or coffee accompaniments. Fortunately, we got in early enough to hit the store in town to buy coffee, cream, sugar and coffee scoop. Only negative we had.

Absolutely wonderful!

I loved everything about our stay at the condo! The communication was excellent! I received a response immediately whenever I had a question. The condo itself is so cute and has EVERYTHING needed to have a wonderful vacation. The greater property in the association is very well maintained and beautiful. The condo was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this place for exploring Boothbay harbor and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. We hope to return.

Beautiful location but no toilet paper, extra trash bags, coffee maker was dirty and old. Nice spot but no little home touches. Floors and bathroom could have been cleaner.

Relax in East Boothbay

This was my first time visiting Maine. My brother and his wife had stayed here previously and were in the room next to mine. The property is much more attractive and charming than you can tell from the photos. My room was quite spacious and well laid out. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a small microwave and hot plate that worked fine for breakfast. We cooked a few meals from my brother's room with a full kirchen and used the outdoor grill. Everyone on the property was very quiet which I appreciated. I enjoyed the view of the harbor from a chair on the pier. I could also see it from the balcony outside my room. There are a few good walks close to the property and a nice little deli with other provisions only a mile down the road.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and very nice decor. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have a little kitchen area. Neighbors were friendly and quiet in the evenings. It was great to have a pier to set out and look at the water.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have been in love with Maine since I first saw a photograph in my fifth grade geography book! The history and landscape are beautiful. Once we met the people of this region we knew we had to live here. We had been looking at real estate resources for many months. One morning my husband said 'honey, I think I found something in Boothbay but I don't know if you will like it' One look at the beautiful sunsets and gorgeous water view and I said ' Let's call and book a flight!' As we drove from Portland to Boothbay we were more and more enthralled with the region and the beauty and the food as we stopped to eat the lobster rolls!! We were certain that it couldn't get any better. As we drove through Wiscassete (The Prettiest Village in Maine) we were touched by the quaintness of this village and the beautiful Sheepscott River, once we entered Boothbay and drove past the General Store there was no stopping!! We made it down Ocean Point road and turned onto the road into Waters Edge just at Sunset!! Wow! What a sight! We were home!! Now, we always make certain we get there in time to purchase our groceries and wine at the grocery store on the way in to be able to get back home in time for the first sunset of our stay. We never get tired of the music, dancing, wonderful food, outdoor activities, and site seeing. We have made many friends in our short time in this area. We have explored the nearby towns of Bath, Brunswick, Wiscassete, Edgecomb, Damariscotta, Camden, Hollowell, and Castine but always are so happy to return to this very quiet and serene place on the water. Ahhh Heaven!!
