A short drive into the town of Boothbay Harbor offers many local attractions, including the Opera House with live concerts, the Carousel Theater, whale watching, boat rides, harbor tours, trolley rides, kayaking outfitters, unique stores for shopping, and a great selection of local bars and dining, plus a movie theater and the Hannaford supermarket. The Boothbay Region Landtrust offers a wide variety of hiking trails on the local land preserves. Other favorite attractions are Southport and Hendrick's Head beach, Lighthouses, Boothbay Railway Museum, Ocean Point scenic drive. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and beach, Reid State Park, and Popham Beach are all an easy day trip away. Dock details: access to the ocean, private beach, dock, float and picnic area on
the water via the association.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
