Cet appartement unique, très lumineux et ensoleillé, est situé dans le quartier pittoresque de Gracia.

Cinq minutes de marche de la station de métro Verdaguer, très bien relié au reste de la ville.

L`emplacement est très bon. À 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le Passeig de Gràcia. En outre, sa situation privilégiée permet d`accéder, à pied ou par un court trajet en métro, les principales zones touristiques, car il est situé à distance de marche de Las Ramblas, la cathédrale et le quartier gothique, la Sagrada Familia, les bâtiments les plus emblématiques de Gaudí la ou les boutiques les plus représentatives à Barcelone.

L`appartement se compose de 1 chambre double, cuisine, salle de bains, salle de séjour et une magnifique terrasse où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner tout en bronzant.

La chambre principale a un lit double et un petit bureau.

Il ya aussi un grenier où il ya 2 lits simples.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de toutes les commodités: Grille-pain, four, plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur, bouilloire, cafetière.

Dans le salon il ya un canapé confortable et une table pour 4 personnes.

Le canapé du salon peut être converti en un lit double.

De la salle à manger il ya l`accès à la terrasse, équipée avec table, chaises et un barbecue.

L`appartement, parce que son espace, est recommandé pour un maximum de 4 personnes et parfait pour les petites familles ou les couples.

Notez que les jeunes groupes d`amis ne sont pas admis dans cet appartement.

Le bâtiment ne dispose pas d`ascenseur, mais il n`y a pas plus de 17 marches pour arriver à l`appartement.

De l`appartement, vous pouvez prendre une belle promenade dans le quartier de Gracia. Un bon endroit pour se promener dans ses rues pleines de charme. Le quartier de Gracia est plein de restaurants et bars de toutes sortes à choisir.

Le quartier de Gracia à Barcelone est situé au nord de l`Eixample.

Gràcia est immédiatement reconnaissable pour ses rues étroites, un contraste frappant avec les larges boulevards et modernes de L`Eixample. Il est connu comme un quartier branché avec une communauté active et politiquement consciente.

Ici, vous trouverez un grand nombre de ses places, bars et restaurants, mais il a un public un peu plus mature que les autres centres culturels comme El Born ou El Raval.

Fabulous space in charming neighborhood

The host was very communicative and helpful throughout. Although not a large space, the apartment is thoughtfully laid out and was perfect for our family of 4. The terrace is large and has lovely views.

Location is fantastic

Comfortable for my kids and I. Clean and best location. There were not enough blankets for winter but I didn’t press the host since a friend brought me blankets. Love this spot!

Great location

Although we didn’t anticipate steep narrow stairs, we managed to get suitcases upstairs. I wish that had been noted in the listing. We both have some difficulty with stairs so this was a bit of a challenge. Communication with the host was slow and although there were answers, they were slow. The location was PERFECT! Overall, if you can handle stairs, this is a great rental!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a central location surrounded by great restaurants and the several metro stations. It was a little too cool to really use the porch but we otherwise would have really enjoyed it. The kids like the loft beds and the living room area was spacious. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood, great place

My wife and I spent 4 nights and would gladly stay there again. Our host was friendly and communicative. Apartment itself was clean and well-appointed. We did not prepare any meals, but the kitchen seemed to have the basics. The weather was beautiful during our stay, so walking in the neighborhood and enjoying a glass of wine on the back balcony were a pleasure. As others have noted, the apartment is centrally located with many of the major points of interest being only a 20-30 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants and markets within a few minutes walk. We especially enjoyed dining at the restaurants on Placa de la Vila de Gracia (5 minute walk). One point to note is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be for some. So, in summary, 5 stars!!

Lovely stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was in a part of Barcelona away from the beach that we hadn't explored - nice and quiet in the evenings and lots of great places to eat etc during the day. The apartment was great - more space than we needed, so we didn't use the loft area and can't comment on that. We did have an issue with the clothes washer that didn't work, but the owner was very responsive and nice about it. The view from the deck isn't amazing, but it was great to be able to sit out there and was nice and quiet in the evenings. The bed was comfy, the place was clean... pretty much everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen appliances much (just the fridge) so can't speak much to that. I think this is typical of many places in Europe, but some people might want to be aware that the apartment is up a flight of relatively steep stairs. Not an issue for us and only one flight but steeper than Americans are probably used to and there is no elevator. Overall we had a great time and would happily stay there again!

Great Location, Apartment Needs TLC

Gracia area is a perfect location. Safe, lively, shops and restaurants close and plentiful, walkable to many attractions from Parc Guell to Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter and beaches. Sadly, the apartment seems to have fallen into a bit of neglect. The floors were filthy and vacuum cleaner not functional. We had to sweep with a broom, go buy cleaning solution and wipe the floors ourselves before it was livable. We also had to wipe down doors, door handles, cupboard fronts and other surfaces which were sticky and dirty. Besides the broken vacuum cleaner, other old items cluttered up the place like two non-functioning kettles and an OPEN bag of rodent poison in a lower kitchen drawer. There were no duvet covers for the not-fresh duvets... very unsanitary. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and a jagged chunk missing from the door. A decorative throw on the couch was filled with crumbs and plentiful amounts of a white particles. The balcony provided a tranquil outdoor space. The washing machine was a huge convenience though beware future tenants, the advertised "dryer" is a clothesline outside. The patio door provided good light. Air conditioning worked well. This apartment has great potential. If I were the owner, I would invest in an extremely thorough cleaning, fix everything that's broken, and replace what's missing to easily create a 5-star accommodation.

Hübsche Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Hervorzuheben ist das tolle Viertel mit netten Bars und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Balkon ist toll, um am Abend noch ein Getränk zu nehmen. Es gibt ausreichend Gläser und Porzellan. Leider waren die Matratzen der beiden Betten über der Küche durchgelegen, die Spülmaschine verrostet (die Halter der Teller brachen teilweise ab) und das Objekt war nicht wirklich gut gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, Schlieren überall und viel Staub, wurde nachgebessert, aber nicht zufriedenstellend). Das wirft leider einen Schatten über die ansonsten hübsche Wohnung, die man mit kleinen Optimierungen signifikant verbessern könnte. Hier bedarf es mehr Kontrolle bei der Reinigung und neuer Spülmaschinenkörbe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief grundsätzlich gut, reibungslos uns sehr freundlich. Es wurde sofort reagiert und sie waren auch sehr kooperativ und lösungsorientiert. Klasse sind die Restaurantbeschreibungen des Eigentümers, insbesondere das La Pepita. Wir waren gleich 2 mal dort. Ich würde die Wohnung empfehlen, aber man sollte bei der Übergabe genau hinschauen.

appartement bien situé dans le quartier de Gràcia, restaurant, bar à proximité, très facile d’accès pour visiter barcelone. l’appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, attention montée d’escalier étroite pour accéder à l’appartement, parfait pour un court séjour, le + le balcon très agréable. check un/out parfait viktoria est très sympathique.

Charming, airy home

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It worked perfectly for my friend and me, and certainly would be great for two couples or a family of four. It felt spacious and cosy at the same time. Great location, easy arrival and departure. Would definitely stay there again.
