Le rêve d'un pêcheur! Marche pour l'un des meilleurs trous de pêche dans le comté que très peu de gens connaissent.

Cette cabine 2,800 pieds carrés tout à fait unique sur 3 acres, a récemment été mis à jour pour offrir un confort avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le fleuve San Juan. Société situé avec un accès facile à la ville et Wolf Creek Ski Area. Il y a 3 chambres et une mezzanine avec 2 lits jumeaux qui permet de dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative en bas et il y a 2 autres chambres à l'étage avec le loft. Cette cabine dispose d'un beau cadre boisé avec vue unblockable de la rivière San Juan de la grande terrasse couverte. bâtons de guimauve sont fournis pour profiter de notre foyer extérieur en soirée tout en regardant les étoiles.

Home offre Internet sans fil et la télévision par satellite. Un barbecue à charbon de bois est également fourni.

Fantastic storybook location

This fantastic house is located in the heart of Rocky Mountain heaven! A gorgeous house inside, very well stocked in every way. A view of the river below and the mountains all around, a fantastic porch for evening fires,. grilling, whatever. My family and I have been doing a ski trip in Pagosa every year for the last ten. This is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in--by a long shot, and at a terrific price. The owners and property managers are supremely reliable, kind, and understanding.

Astounding view of the San Juan River valley from the front porch. This property is less than five minutes from downtown Pagosa Springs, yet still offers a quiet and remote feeling.

We enjoyed this property immensely. The location was so serine, we enjoyed the peace and the sound of the roaring river down the hill. The cabin had plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a great stay. Looking forward to staying there again.

Amazing Home

This was such an amazing home. My teens enjoyed having the upstairs area to themselves. Exactly what we needed. Close to town and short drive to mountain for skiing. We would stay again!

We had a super peaceful stay. Sarah was great to deal with. The property was lovely, super peaceful with the most amazing views. Our family enjoyed a great Christmas ski vacation and would definitely return here again and again.

Dated and poorly maintained cabin

The cabin is quite dated with very old appliances. The toilet upstairs did not flush at first. The dishwasher’s upper spinner leaves cups dirty (had to resort to hand washing). The cabin was poorly stocked: we had to buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for both bathrooms; the salt shaker was empty. All kitchenware is old and cheap. Towels in the pictures are “for display only”, as the sign next to them explains (old white towels are for use). The cabin has no soundproofing whatsoever- you can hear people whispering on another floor. The road to the cabin was not plowed for 2 days during the snow storm. The view of San Juan river is amazing, but that was the only reason for 3 starts.

Great Stay

We have vacationed just about every year to this cabin for the past 4 or 5 years and it has never disappointed. It is breathtaking, the house is immaculate and you couldn’t find a better property. It is secluded and you cannot bear the view from the deck. It is a MUST STAY.

Amazing location and rustically luxurious

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future. At night, we had an amazing view of the stars with no other competing lights and could hear the river which was really relaxing. This is the perfect get away cabin in the woods but close enough to town to be very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a ton of fun making smores

Absolutely beautiful views!!

My family and I found the cabin lovely and clean. The photos in the listing are very accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. It is about a 15 minute drive to town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We would have loved to be able to walk down to the river but it is not possible on the property. Otherwise the views will take your breath away. I had messaged the Vrbo contact through the app while I was there and never received a reply. Otherwise the stay and cabin were amazing. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a private cabin in the woods with an awesome view and sounds of the river.

It’s old, tired and clearly a full time Vrbo. Needs a lot of updating and NO WIFI. Sure it says they do but it’s worthless. Just not worth the price.

The cabin has everything you need but the hvac system was not the greatest, took forever to warmup the place, it was left at 54 degrees.

Great cabin

We had a great time. The view was amazing. We had deer and turkey visit daily. Loved hanging out on the patio drinking our coffee. We did have to worry about all the rugs rolling up at the corners and them sliding on the floors.

Fantastic Cabin with Spectacular Views

Sitting on the deck next to the fire pit with best friends, cold beer, and an amazing view of the San Juan River below was my favorite part of this cabin. Abundant wildlife strolled, hopped, flew, gobbled, boinged, and fluttered by daily. Our comfortable bed was a perfect place to plop at the end of a long day. We ate like kings using a kitchen that provided just about everything we needed. But that view....that incredible view. And the stars at night...boy oh boy. Simply the best. Sarah was great to work with. She responded quickly and completely. She was gracious and very accommodating. I only have a few nits: I would not recommend this property for seniors or folks who might have trouble walking - there are a lot of stairs. And those stairs, in combination with the higher altitude, could easily put an end to an enjoyable vacation. Additionally, the larger rugs have curling corners (easy to trip on) and smaller ones have failing or non-existent skid strips. Bring your own toileties - whether a left over from the pandemic rules, or just the owner's preference - there are no personal use items like bath soap/shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Owners/cleaners - please remove food from previous guests. Half empty jars of moldy jelly in the fridge are not inviting. And please consider giving your bakeware, pots and pans an upgrade, they're a little cruddy and peeling (mine at home are, too, but I know where that came from). Finally, dust the raccoon - he's adorable, but needs a good cleaning. All in all, this is a fantastic property, and we loved every minute of our stay. I would definitely reccommend this place and plan to return again someday.
