HOUSE LAYOUT:

This stunning property is located at the end of a classic, country road in one of Pagosa’s rural, rustic neighborhoods. Surrounded by Willows, Cottonwoods, and vanilla-scented Ponderosas, this enchanting cabin is a breath of fresh air. It sits on over 5 acres bordered by the Blanco River creating a fantastic Colorado oasis. Upon entry, you are greeted by honey-toned wood throughout the home in a classic “pioneer cabin style”, while vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows create warmth and brightness. Directly to your right is the first bedroom featuring a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and plenty of space to play. Further along leads to an open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. To the right is the living room which is dominated by a river stone, gas fireplace, features a Smart TV, and ample seating options. Directly ahead is the dining room defined by floor-to-ceiling windows with outstanding exterior views. To the left is the kitchen which boasts skylights, all stainless steel appliances, and a charming breakfast bar. To the right of the dining room is access to the outdoor patio and backyard. The patio is covered and provides a BBQ Grill, seating, and a Swedish Style hot tub overlooking the river. nPast the kitchen and to the left is the Queen Bedroom with a Smart TV, closet space, and lots of natural light. Further down and to the left is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. This moves on to a full bathroom with a shower. At the very end of the hall is the primary bedroom suite with an enormous walk-in closet, private deck access, Smart TV, and a king bed. The master bathroom offers a deep, jetted tub with fantastic outdoor views. This home carries earth tones wrapped in a Southwestern motif while melding with cinnamon honey, cabin comfort.
