Great Family Retreat

Loved staying at River Rock Cabin! Although the house is in a neighborhood, it was very quiet, the backyard was spacious, and the house felt like a mountain cabin with plenty of room for our extended family. Everything was nice and very well stocked. Kids loves the hot tub and game room. Would definitely stay again.

Fall Foliage Trip beautiful Cabin

We took a trip to Pagosa Springs and stayed at the River Rock Cabin. The home was lovely. We were in awe when we walked in and saw how pretty it was decorated. It had a homely feel, not just a place to stay,The house was spacious , and we loved all the themed decorated bedrooms. The fireplace was a plus and a fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare several meals. We enjoyed the snacks the owner left for us to enjoy. The game room was a treat. We enjoyed playing Golden Tee and the Video Arcade as well. This kept us occupied during the evening along with the Hot tub and outdoor fire pit. While there we made a trip to Durango to a Cowboy gathering with a horse and mule drawn parade. We also drove the Million Dollar Highway. I would highly recommend this cabin. There is a lot to do at this house and the surrounding area. You should never get bored here. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us and we would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

This was a great house! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any Vrbo we have stayed in and the kids of course loved the game room! Would recommend this house and the hosts were fantastic as well!

Wonderful Cabin

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. It is so cozy from the rock fireplace to the rustic decor. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you need. The bathrooms were so warm with the floor heaters and the hot tub stays heated for your immediate enjoyment! I can’t say enough good things, a definite cabin we will come back to!

perfect spring break get away

Great family vacation

This property had everything we needed and then some. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped, backyard was perfect for winding down around the fire pit. As advertised and would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

Wonderful Home in a Fanatastic location

This was a wonderful place to reunite my family fir a ski trip. The place was well outfitted and the game room was a big hit. We loved the hot tub as it was so convenient and private. The location was so convenient and the neighborhood woodsy.

Wonderful stay!! Clean, well stocked, convenient location in a great little neighborhood! Our kids (ranging 10 to 7) loved the game room and backyard! Property manager was quick to respond and very communicative! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing cabin!

The house has a great layout with plenty of room. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Our kids loved the game room. We had a great time and highly recommend!
