Cette 3 Chambre 2 1/2 bain 2 étages villa est joliment meublées pour garantir que vos vacances soient confortable, relaxant, un d'une expérience unique. Idéalement situé, Palmetto Dunes est la maison de 3 miles de belle plage de l'océan Atlantique, avec le plus beau golf et le tennis Hilton Head Island a à offrir. Pour le golfeur, choisir parmi trois parcours de classe mondiale. Si le tennis est votre jeu, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center est classé parmi «Les 50 plus grand des États-Unis Tennis Resorts ». Piscines communautaires sont également disponibles pour votre utilisation.

Une courte promenade à la Chambre Dunes vous donnera accès à la plage et de vous fournir tous les équipements de plage, vous aurez besoin. Vélo et kayak sont à quelques pâtés de maisons. Aussi à distance de marche sont les Palmetto Dunes General Store, Seafood Restaurant & Wine Bar Alexander et BBQ Big Jim, Burgers & Pizza.

Notre villa dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux avec de beaux planchers de bois franc au 1er étage salon. Une nouvelle grande télévision à écran plat signifie que vous ne manquerez pas votre émission préférée ou un événement sportif. La combinaison de séjour / salle à manger spacieuse est parfait pour les familles ou les groupes.

Dès le salon est une grande terrasse qui donne sur le lagon et le 1er vert du terrain de golf Robert Trent Jones.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer une collation rapide avant de se précipiter hors pour une course du matin ou préparer un repas complet pour les amis et la famille. Pour vous aider à sortir de la cuisine et le dos de vos vacances, la cuisine comprend un lave-vaisselle et l'élimination des ordures.

La suite du premier étage maître est élégamment décoré avec des meubles en bois, un lit king en peluche et un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat. La suite principale se ouvre directement sur la terrasse donnant sur le lagon.

Le maître de bain comprend lavabo double, deux grands placards et une baignoire / douche carrelée.

Pour plus de commodité, la laveuse et la sécheuse sont également au 1er étage.

Une chambre à l'étage a un lit queen, parfait pour les longues nuits de détente et tout aussi grand pour une petite sieste. Avec un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat, ce est un ventilateur de plafond propre et d'un thermostat dédié, vous sera toujours confortable.

L'autre chambre spacieuse dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'un thermostat individuel, cette chambre est parfait pour votre visite.

Une grande salle de bains partagée entre les deux chambres a un grand éclairage, une baignoire / douche baignoire et radiateur électrique suspendu à prendre quand le froid de sortir de la douche.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. We took full advantage of all HHI and Palmetto Dunes has to offer. We rented bikes for the week, dropped off and picked up for us; played lots of pickleball, went golfing on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and played mini golf 3-4 times. Lots of great dinners out and a couple windy days at the beach where there were rip tide warnings. Bring your own beach towel as they are not provided at this rental. Condo was clean and location was good. Biking was a blast. Beach is a bit of a walk if you’re hauling a lot of gear- otherwise bike and/or drive and get there early for a parking spot. There was construction going on right outside our window. Loud diggers, pumps, and a generator were going every day. We woke up to the noise a lot of mornings. It didn’t ruin the stay- as we were gone most of the day- but the pond was mostly drained as were several around the area. It would have been nice to know this project was going on before we arrived. We understand it is totally out of the owners control, but we probably would have stayed elsewhere had we known. Condo was clean and furnished well for a family. The beds were very comfortable, especially the primary bedroom. Location was good and Palmetto Dunes has a lot to offer.

Great Times in Palmetto Dunes

Very clean and neat condo located near biking trails/golf course/pool and only 7min bike ride to beaches. Enjoyed our stay and property owner is very helpful and prompt when asked questions/concerns about condo. Will stay in same condo again. Only matter of discouragement was upstairs bedroom with queen bed does not cool like rest of condo. Something is broken with AC airflow in that room. Large fan in that bedroom closet is broken.

Nice amount of space for a group of five to spread out. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We had a great, relaxing vacation. Only issue with the unit was the one upstairs bedroom is not very temperature controlled.

Everyone in our family really enjoyed the townhouse we stayed in. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Very convenient location close to grocery stores and dining. And close to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit was immaculate. It is larger than it appears online. Great view. Unit could use a little updating (carpet, some furniture) but didn’t affect our stay at all. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We've stayed in HHI many times over the past 10 years. This villa stay was very nice and accommodated my family well. There were many attractions close by this location and walking to the general store every night was a nice treat.

Excellent Villa

We loved this rental, clean & spacious with a great deck off the back overlooking the pond and the golf course. Quite neighborhood with an easy bike ride to the beach. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had before and during our vacation. We were also very happy with the cookware, as we enjoy getting local fish and cooking most nights we are on the island. Really couldn’t have asked for a better all-around villa.

Beach Trip July 2022

We come to HHI every Summer (23yrs) and always stay at Palmetto Dunes. This condo was the absolute nicest we have ever stayed at!!! We are looking forward to another trip soon. The only downside to this location was that you don’t have reserved parking spaces and if you aren’t in each night by 9:30pm you have a hard time finding a spot and can end up walking 3-5 minutes back to your condo. Great place to stay!!!

The property was very clean and very well maintained. The community pool was a very short walk and the drive to the beach was like 4 mins. So we really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was watching the wildlife from the deck. We saw a lot of animals including a very shy alligator that seemed to live in the pond. My family all had a great time at this location and would definitely recommend anyone who is considering renting this property to make the booking!!!

“I like Turdles…”

We had a wonderful relaxing week of golf and beach time at this home. The kitchen is well stocked, the deck was lovely to sit on and watch all the cute turtles. The general store was a hit with my kids. The location was great for getting to other areas on the island. Nice size bedrooms and very homey. I highly recommend this place and would return in the future.

Great vacation spot

This is located in the quiet villas of Queens Grant. My family and I typically stay in this area due to its proximity to the beach and the calmness found in the neighborhood. The owners of this unit were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great communicators and owners! We look forward to a return visit soon and would gladly stay in this Queens Grant gem again.

The condo was great! Only issue was the upstairs shower. Really needs to be addressed because we could see the stains from the leakage on the ceiling of the master bedroom. Also, I would recommend more guidance on how to get to the pool and the beach if walking.

Fantastic home in excellent location

This home was just perfect for our family of six adults. It had all the amenities we needed for a week of relaxation and fun. The location was perfect for our crew as it is a short bike ride away from the pickleball courts and the beach. Evenings were spent on the deck or at the dining room table playing games. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a nice amenity as well. We would definitely rent this property again when we go to Hilton Head Island.

Great location but...

Great location and easy check in. Also the owners were very helpful but would have hoped for a few things to be a little better. A decant amount of wasps outside the front door each day. Back porch was roomy but half of the Mesh/seat chairs at the table were pretty thin and was afraid to sit on 2 or 3 of them. Back patio not as private as the pictures make it look but still a nice view The master shower backed up so bad half the tub filled up before finishing the shower. I asked the owner and they said they keep draining under the sink. Couldn’t find any so just went upstairs to shower. The sink in the half bath backed up as well. Over nice but thought it would be a little nicer.

We loved this villa

This is our second year that we stayed in this villa and I highly recommend it. The owners have made many upgrades; it's very clean and well kept. The location is perfect. This villa also offers more privacy than many others in Queen's Grant.

Wonderful Beach Home

This home now ranks as one of our most favorite places to stay at Hilton Head. Here's what we liked: It is very, very roomy and bright! Nice size living area and master bedroom. The furniture is so comfortable - including the mattresses. The kitchen is updated, cheery, and well-supplied. We also appreciated the supply of spices, cooking oil, etc. Really nice bedding, and plenty of towels provided. Lots of hangers too! Solar lights along the private walk to your door welcome you at night. It feels very private, and it's QUIET. Beautiful deck overlooks the fountain pond with many turtles swimming about. A choice of 5 swimming pools in the neighborhood - shady or sunny. Owners responded quickly to questions we had before and during our stay.

We love the Palmetto Dunes area. Everything you need is only a short walk or bike ride away. The beach is spacious and the bike paths go throughout the area.
