Le 3351 Lake Forest Villas est situé au cœur de la plantation Sea Pines, surplombant un lac et la réserve forestière. Notre villa de trois chambres, trois salles de bain et demi est immédiatement adjacente aux pistes cyclables et est à moins de 2 miles de Harbortown et du Sea Pines Beach Club.

La villa est très grande avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. La villa dispose de deux chambres de maître. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a un lit king, la chambre principale au deuxième étage a deux lits doubles. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Il y a une chambre avec lits superposés pleine longueur supérieure / inférieure. Nous venons d'installer de nouveaux tapis, de nouvelles fenêtres et une nouvelle cuisine.

Notre villa est l'une des rares à Sea Pines avec un garage. Nous avons «stocké» le garage avec une pléthore de vélos de toutes tailles pour votre utilisation sur les kilomètres de pistes cyclables adjacentes. Sur le pont se trouve un barbecue à gaz, un ensemble de terrasse et des chaises longues. Depuis le pont, vous profiterez d'une belle vue sur le lac avec la réserve forestière en arrière-plan. Immédiatement à côté de la villa et gratuit pour l'utilisation de nos clients sont une grande piscine et 2 nouveaux courts de tennis.

Toutes les chambres ont un téléviseur HD à écran plat. Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat avec plus de 300 chaînes, un DVR et un lecteur DVD. La chambre principale dispose également d'un DVR avec plus de 300 chaînes. Il y a un bureau d'ordinateur avec accès Internet haut débit par modem câble illimité gratuit et accès WiFi gratuit pour votre ordinateur portable. Des appels interurbains américains gratuits et illimités sont également proposés.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sea Pines home with our family, including teenagers, and loved every minute. The house was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The lagoon in the backyard was a highlight—we spent so much time on the deck watching the alligators sun themselves, which was such a unique experience.The bikes were a huge bonus and a favorite for all of us. Riding around the island was so much fun, and biking to the Salty Dog Café for lunch was a perfect outing.Mark was a wonderful host,very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. he even made sure that the bikes were tuned up and tires were aired up before we got there. This was a perfect set-up for both the wife and I, and the kids and grandkids. We loved all the wildlife viewing and the peaceful and relaxing views from the picture windows and deck. Great location and vacation.

We had a great stay! The villa was very private, backed up to a lagoon and it was fun to watch the wildlife. Right across the street from the bike path and all the bikes in the garage were awesome. Very close to the pool which was great. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing on lakefront was awesome!

We had a great time. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bikes were an added bonus. Very close to the forest preserve and we spent lots of time there exploring and fishing.

Perfect family getaway!

Terrific location within gated community and across the street from both a pool and tennis court! There was so much space and options for the adults and kids on our group to be comfortable and we loved relaxing on the deck. We saw various birds and the gators floating by! Also the kids games were a plus! Clean, family friendly and overall wonderful!

Great family home

We loved the view of the lagoon and the open area for the family to spend time together. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 to sleep. The kitchen and laundry was well stocked. The owner did an excellent job of checking in with us. The forest preserve is within walking distance of the property.

Awesome property!

Great location on peaceful, scenic lake with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The condo was spacious with a great nautical theme. The host was very helpful and provided bicycles and beach equipment. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the pickleball courts and pool directly across the condo and the proximity to bike paths and the horse stables. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay at Lakefront Villa!

Had a wonderful stay at Lakefront Villa! The house was just as described and pictured. It is very well located for getting anywhere on the bikes provided! The tennis courts and pool at the neighborhood were well maintained. Mark was very accommodating as we made a last minute booking and was very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. Overall, a great stay!

Awesome place

The pictures did not do it justice. It was a great place for my family and friends to stay for the week. Actually enjoyed biking to the beach and loved the almost daily sighting of a gator in the pond. Kids played tennis every morning.

Relaxing

The villa was very comfortable and in a perfect location for us. Loved the lake view and proximity to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Excellent wildlife viewing from the villa. In spite of some very rainy weather we had a great time. Bikes were used a lot on nice days. A big plus.

Excellent location in the center of Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island

We had a wonderful stay at this home with all of my family members, including Thanksgiving Dinner. We used the bicycles to tour the island. The availability of bicycles was a big plus for choosing this place. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck, including alligators. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, including two coffee makers, plenty of seating around the tables, and plenty of room for our big family for sleeping and watching football games in the living room.

Great week at Hilton Head

The house is spacious and well-supplied. The selection of bicycles in the garage is amazing, including bike locks and helmets! We appreciated the folding beach wagon. The layout of the house gives everyone some privacy and there was plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. We made good use of the grill on the deck. Mark is a great host!

Good rental, great location, bikes!!

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Great location, easy access (via bike or car) to stores and restaurants. Next to forest preserve and on lake with abundant wildlife. The inclusion of numerous bikes of all sizes was a much appreciated and utilized amenity. Tennis/pickle ball courts and pool a short walk away. The only negatives, noted upon arrival, were the lack of a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms, and an odor (pet?) from the downstairs’ carpet. Otherwise this home met all of our needs.

A nice place to stay.

This was a nice cozy place to stay in Sea Pines. The location and view offer quite a bit of privacy as the back deck overlooks a lake with forest on the other side. The description of the property said there was a crib, but that was not the case. Fortunately, there was a Pack-N-Play that we could put our little one in to sleep. Since she is a 22 month old toddler it was nice to find gates that we used to block the stairs. This location has about everything you'll need for your stay at the beach. Bikes, games, chairs, toys ...

Perfect for our family needs

We had such a nice week in spite of the nasty tropical storm caused by Hurricane Elsa! This townhouse unit is even prettier in person than in the pictures. We had 7 people ages 16-71 staying with us, and the location was a perfect fit for all to spend time doing as they wished, whether it be fishing right off of the deck, playing pickle ball or swimming right across the road, or riding the bikes all over the island that were included with this rental. I had many questions for the property manager before our trip, and he answered all of them via the VRBO message center very promptly. Property is fully furnished with a lot of "extras" like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products, etc. Also, the A/C worked great, which was nice considering how hot we would get while we were outside! We felt right at home. and will likely be back next year!

Heritage Getaway 2022

The property was very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room and the 3.5 baths for the 3 bedroom unit was very helpful, no bathroom sharing. The view of the pond right out the back sliding doors was very nice as well as the alligators. Even though we did not use the bikes much it would be very useful for a large family that loves to bike. Overall this was a very good place to stay!

Perfect location in Sea Pines

This was a great location in Sea Pines. Amenities in the Villa, the nice pool, and the variety of bikes in the garage was a definite plus. Getting around by bikes while the Heritage Golf tournament was going on this week, was a easier than driving. The villla was very peaceful and watching the birds and alligators was entertaining.
