Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This recently updated Palmetto Dunes villa places you only minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Hilton Head. Come in and relax on the comfy sectional. The living room is warm and inviting, with a pullout sofa bed. This villa has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen, which makes it perfect to entertain. The dining table seats 6.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV and has direct access to the outdoor patio. This room is complete with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to this bedroom sits the second bedroom, consisting of a queen bed and flat-screen TV.

This lovely villa has a private patio and is only a few minutes walk to the white, sandy beaches. This villa also has an outside shower to rinse off once you come back from the beach

767 Queens Grant will be part of a scheduled exterior maintenance and painting project taking place from October 13, 2025, through March 31, 2026. Work will occur Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with no noisy work before 8:00 AM. Guests may notice some daytime activity or mild construction noise during this period as the property receives these seasonal updates.

Great for small families

Overall we had a pleasant stay, there were a few hiccups during the week, but nothing too serious! I will say the management team was excellent and on top of their game. Quick bike ride to the beach and a quiet little section! We’d stay again!

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would like more electrical plugs near the bed for devices and cpap machine. We made the plugs work for us best we could. All in all, great place to stay. 5 minutes from the beach if you ride bikes. The walk is great also. Very beautiful grounds.

Island time was responsive to all our needs.The accommodations were cute and quaint. The villa had wonderful appeal and comfortable. Loved the washer & dryer, very nice bathroom. The patio was absolutely delightful. Decor was very pleasant.What I would suggest is better quality kitchen supplies. The utensils were very hard to use, coffee maker too small, rusty knives. In the master bedroom, bed was hard to sleep on and very squeaky. Also, seeing this is a dog friendly unit, please make sure it is cleaned well as there was some lingering smells/dog hair on the furniture.

Patio was not usable

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sadly, the patio furniture was beyond dirty...not just with pollen but black stains of dirt ...Impossible to have cushioned furniture on a porch unless someone is responsible to bring it in every night. Property management said they would come out but never did. Also we had to park minimum 12 minutes away from the property!
