Surf Court 32 - Forêt Beach Townhouse

Surf Court est un complexe océanique composé d’appartements au premier étage et de maisons en rangée de deux et trois étages. Surf Court 32 est une maison de ville de trois étages avec une entrée située au niveau de la rue et au premier étage. La maison en rangée Forest Beach peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Lit king dans la chambre principale, lit queen dans la chambre 2, deux jumeaux dans la chambre 3. Cet établissement est situé entre 1 et 1, 5 pâtés de maisons de la plage de l'océan Atlantique et du centre de tennis Van der Meer. Les vacanciers à la recherche d'un bon rapport qualité-prix ne s'inquiètent pas de la courte distance de marche entre l'océan et le stationnement à l'entrée de leur condo. Les coulisses du salon menant à la terrasse du premier étage permettent d’accéder facilement à la magnifique cour paysagère et à la grande piscine. Surf Court se trouve à 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza et du parc et marché de la plage. Ce pittoresque centre-ville offre à ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges.

Great location!

We had a wonderful week and this property worked out beautifully for our family of 6. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We loved the location. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride (3-5 min) to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream and shopping and to Coligny Beach or the Alden Lane beach access. We rented bikes for the week and biking on the beach in the morning and evening was a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back!

Also for a 2 week stay we should have had more kitchen towels, one doesn't cut it. Other than that it was wonderful

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only we ran into was that they must have been replacing the microwave. There was an open hole above the stove. There was no fan for the stove. Luckily we didn’t use it much. They did provide a microwave but no one told us that there was an issue. It would have been nice to know if someone was coming to replace the part or give us a heads up before we checked in to the condo. With all that said our family really enjoys staying here and we will be coming back again!

This is our 4th stay in Surf Court. 32 could use some updates on appliances and cookware but besides that is a great space. Over the stove microwave quit working mid week. Seashore staff as always were courteous and solved the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. We were 7 adults and their was plenty of room and flexibility for all of us. My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated.
