Surf Court 7 - Forêt Beach Townhouse

Surf Court est un complexe axé sur l'océan avec des appartements du premier étage, deux étages et trois étages maisons de ville. Surf Cour 7 est une maison de deux étages, d'un vol au dessus du niveau de la rue. Surf Court 7 a été rénové en 2011. La cuisine et les 2 1/2 salles de bains ont été entièrement refaites. Lit King dans la chambre principale, deux reines dans la chambre 2, canapé-lit du salon. Cette propriété est en face de la plage dans une direction et du centre de tennis Van der Meer dans l’autre. Les vacanciers qui recherchent un bon rapport ne me dérange pas la courte promenade vers et depuis l'océan et comme le stationnement à la porte de leur condo. Un escalier en colimaçon depuis le balcon vivant offre un accès facile à la cour magnifiquement paysagé et grande piscine. Surf Cour est dans les 3 blocs de Coligny Plaza et le Park Beach & Market. Ce centre-ville pittoresque offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, des magasins et des divertissements pour tous les âges.

The town home is very attractive. It’s location was very convenient to shopping, walking and the beach It was quiet. The property’s common areas are very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. The dishwasher is full of rust and should be replaced.The sliding door to go out to the back porch/pool area is extremely hard to open. The stair carpet is very dirty. It would be nice to have screens on all windows so you could open them. The half bath’s fan was only working intermittently. The insides of the tank on the toilet of the double bedroom bath had to be put back together daily so it wouldn’t run non-stop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Court 7 was very clean. We had a comfortable stay in this unit. The unit could use a couple of new skillets, especially a large one. No reflection on this unit, but Surf Court needs to improve the odor in each of the units. Having stayed at various different units, the odor is always present. Once home we needed to air out our luggage, and rewash all of our clothes to remove the lingering odor.

Master bed comfortable( a must for me) pillows could definitely be updated( few more softer ones would be nice) . Only concern, if you are older, or have young children, this condo could be problem. Very steep stairs to get in condo, then very steep stairs to get to upper bedrooms. Definitely would not want to do it with young children. Perfect for just husband and myself who are in good shape. Perfect location for walking and biking to everything!

It would be helpful to have more lighting out front. Space was well equipped, clean. Beds were comfortable. Hot water ran out very quickly. There were 3 of us in the condo and there was no hot water after one shower. Close walk to beach and coligny.

Great property near the beach.

This condo had a fully equipped kitchen and very spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and Coligny. It is a great place to stay. The only drawbacks were the steep entrance stairs and a musty odor. That being said, we would stay there again.

Rental company office is maybe 1/2 mile away, we picked up key after hours. Condo is spacious, an older building but updated a few years ago. Lpcation was nice and quiet.Kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom mat in the second bedroom was mouldy. We would book this property again

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a family vacation, there was a slight problem with the a/c however the staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs and the problem was fixed in a very timely manner. The rest or stay and vacation there was fabulous. We will definatly be renting though this company again!!
