Get a true taste of island living in this spacious 2 floor villa in the heart of all the action! Perfect for families or groups of friends, the interior boasts a first-floor open layout that will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.
Park in our underground garage and take the elevator to the 4th floor to enjoy this penthouse villa, which is 1,650 square feet on two floors. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their beach vacation.

What's nearby:
This location could not be any better when it comes to Hilton Head Island. Walk across the street to Coligny Beach and the popular Tiki Hut with live music every day. Coligny Plaza, the hub for great restaurants, shops, and beach activities, is also within a short walking distance, so you won't have to venture far to get your fill of island excitement. You are also steps away the newly remodeled Lowcountry Celebration Park which has a large kids playground and outdoor events all year round. Hilton Head is known for its golf courses so bring along your clubs!

If you feel like exploring the island a bit more, rent a bike and cruise along the beach or on one of the 60 bike paths that span Hilton Head. Then drive 10 minutes to Harbour Town to check out the candy-striped lighthouse, sunset cruises and other attractions

When you return to the villa, the living room will be just the place to relax and kick back and watch a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV.

Hilton Head 2025 Family Vacation

The location is amazing - we could walk everywhere including the beach, stores, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. Vince was an amazing host answering all questions, providing our parking passes, and was attentive to our needs. The arrangements were perfect for our family of 6. We would stay here again without hesitations.

Wonderful condo right by the beach & Coligny plaza!

Our family had a wonderful time on HHI! This condo was perfect for us, with more than enough room for our family of 4. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean! Within walking distance to the beach and Cologny plaza for shopping/food. The pool area was great. We rented bikes for 3 days and they were conviently dropped off and picked up right out front of the condo complex. Lots of trails and you can ride on the beach as well! Would highly recommend Vince’s place!

Getaway Christmas holiday

The condo was perfect with all the accommodations found at home. Short walk to the beach and fun shopping too. Just a heads up if you drive a truck you will not be able to use the parking garage, so it makes getting your luggage up to the room a little more fun! There are luggage carts and ample parking in front of the building but you can’t get the cart to the outside parking lot. Overall, we had an amazing experience and definitely recommend this listing!

Perfect Hideaway at Coligny Circle

This condo is exactly as pictured. We chose this one due to its proximity to all Coligny has to offer, i.e. walk to park, shopping, dining, beach & pool. Owner went over and above to provide a pleasant experience.

Wonderful apartment for a family vacation, there is everything you need for a perfect holiday. Great position near the beach and coligny. Very clean with comfortable beds. Great communication with every question answered and all our needs instantly attended to. Highly recommended

Very nice condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and eveything work properly. Its a short walk to the beach and shopping. Pool area is clean and perfect for relaxation.

Cute beach villa

Very nice beach villa. The pool was nice. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The stairs inside the unit were a bit steep/winding. Our youngest is 9, so not too much of a concern, but with younger children, it might be hard to navigate.

The Perfect Spot

We stayed during the week and it was an absolutely gorgeous time to be in Hilton Head. The condo was beautiful and conveniently located near everything we needed. Communication with the managers was easy, and they ensured we had everything we required. It was a pleasure working with them. The beach was nearby and lovely, as was the Tiki Bar with its daily live band. We also enjoyed relaxing on our private balconies on each floor. This was the perfect spot for us, and when we return to South Carolina, we will definitely book this property again.

Great condo for family vacation

Perfect property for family of 5 adults. Short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants to keep everyone happy. The kitchen was well equipped to make some meals. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Great Stay

This property is great for family and/or adults. Check-in was very seemly, especially when travel with individual coming from different location and arrival times. Great pool and very close to beach and restaurants. Store walking distance so never had to use car for small grocery type items. Would highly recommend and rebook for another trip.

Wonderful Villa

Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Location was superb .. walking distance to great beach, restaurants, shops and awesome park, playground. Home was clean and well supplied with necessaries. We hope to return in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a place to stay in this area

Awesome place!

This place is awesome. We have stayed in the complex before and this has been our favorite place so far. Plenty of space to spread out, we had 5 adults and 1 toddler. Walking distance to the beach, an awesome park and coligny square, all less than a 5 minute walk. Vince, the owner, was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. We are hoping to make staying in this unit a family tradition. Highly recommend!!

Coligny condo

The location was perfect. Everything was walking distance. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. The owners were so nice and responded quickly with any questions. We will definitely come back next year. My family loved the space and how easy it was to get around.

Family get away!

We had the best time at this unit. We biked around the island for two days. Stopped at the bank beer garden on bikes from the unit. We loved the easy walk to the beach. The unit was well stocked with kitchen and linen items. Only positive about our stay. Kids are already asking when we can go again!
