Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and ample storage with dresser.

Guest Bedroom: Two queen-size beds, a wardrobe closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space: Balcony with seating for dining or unwinding while overlooking the fountain and pond.

Additional Details:

Pool Hours: Open April 1 - September 30, 8 AM - 10 PM.

Policies: No smoking, no pets allowed in community, no trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed.

Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Bikes must be secured in designated courtyards.

Cancellations: Subject to a $75 non-refundable processing fee through VRBO and direct bookings.

Guest Access:

Key-less entry door code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one assigned parking space. There are unmarked parking spaces in the parking lot for a second vehicle. There will be 2 parking passes on the counter at check in. Please display parking passes on your dashboard while parked in Tanglewood Villas. Towing is enforced. The unmarked parking spaces are first-come first-serve.

Tanglewood Villas community pool is open seasonally from APRIL 1st- SEPTEMBER 30th.

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see what's out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Our island is lined with pedestrian walkways & bike paths, making getting to the beach a breeze.



Other Things to Note:

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
