Surf Court 74 est un complexe orienté océan avec entrée au premier étage. Cette propriété est une maison de ville de 3 étages avec votre salon, salle à manger, cuisine et demi-salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres sont aux deux niveaux suivants. Surf Court est à distance de marche de l'océan Atlantique et du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Le salon s'ouvre sur une terrasse au niveau du sol qui vous mènera à la cour magnifiquement paysagée et à la grande piscine. King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 2, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3, plus un canapé-lit. Surf Court est à moins de 3 pâtés de maisons de Coligny Plaza, qui propose de nombreuses options pour les restaurants et les restaurants. La maison de ville est en cours de rénovation complète avec une nouvelle cuisine, des bains et des meubles. Surf Court 74 a une douche de plain-pied, 4 télévisions à écran plat et Internet sans fil.

Great stay

We stayed for 3 weeks. The condo was very spacious and clean. Amazing location, close to everything, including beach access across the street.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the Surf Court Villa and it was a perfect spot for our family of six. Villa was perfectly situation with access to the beach, the park and close to all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return here!!

Great location, not far from shopping, pickleball, restaurants and beach. Great 3 story unit with pool directly behind the condo.

Family and friend vacation

Villa was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location - Close to beach and stores. Pool was steps from the room. Would rent again!!!

Comfortable and convenient

Very close to the beach. Comfortable condo with nearly everything we needed for the week. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great Location and very clean!

We would stay here again. Unit was fantastic. Super clean and well equipped (does need bbq Utensils though). Bedrooms were all large and beds was so comfy. Walking distance to beach and coligny plaza - could not beat the location. We went in March and the pool was much too cold to swim in, as it’s not heated. Other than that, great vacation. We would return and recommend this place.

A Vacation to Remember

This was a most enjoyable experience. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality linens. The pool was right outside our patio door. The kitchen was well stocked and the management company was very accommodating. Thanks for making everything so easy for us. I have used VRBO for many years and will continue to do so.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The place was clean. The drawers in the primary bathroom were broken, but there was still plenty of storage. The 3rd floor bedroom stairs cool with the shades drawn and fans on. Close to the beach, and coligny, quiet. Love the courtyard and pool. Wish there was a vacuum cleaner. Kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Surf Court 74. The home was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the full size washer and dryer in the unit were perfect. We loved having the pool right outside the back patio and the walk to the beach was super easy and a lot shorter than we expected.One thing to note is that there are no bathtubs in the unit - just two showers. It was no big deal but if we had known we would have planned ahead and packed a little tub for the baby!It was hard to get the top level comfortable without freezing out the bottom level since there is only one A/C unit for all three levels - so pack a sweatshirt for hanging out in the living room.All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Surf Court 74

WE had a great stay at Surf Court 74. We vacation in Hilton Head a few times a year and this was my first time at Surf Court. You cannot beat the location - walk across the street and there is a pathway to the beach. My teenager and his friend stayed on the middle level and shared a bathroom and I was on the top floor in the master. My only "negative" comment is that the air conditioning cools the middle level and ground floor very well but the the top floor, is definitely much warmer. They had a fan in the closet that I was able to use, but I would imagine in the summer months, the upper floor could be very warm. I did not call to check on it so in all fairness, it could have been something wrong with the system, or maybe even user error. Since it was just in the high 70's/low 80's - I made it work! Overall, great unit, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked! All of the things you need for a great beach vacation. The management company was also very responsive to questions prior to my vacation. Thank you Surf COurt 74 for a great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at HHI, as always! This is an ideal location in a nicely maintained complex. What we loved:- Location!- Spacious- Great size washer and dryer- The unit is right next to the pool.- Well stocked kitchen What needs some attention:- There is no vacuum! By the end of our stay I was so grossed out by the stuff the broom leaves behind.- I’m not sure the dish washer works. - The vanities are destroyed. The upstairs one is not even really functional.- yes, it is hot upstairs. It would be great if there was another fan.- It is in need of a deep clean.- There is nothing for babies— pack and play, highchair. I’ve never stayed in a rental that didn’t have them. Seashore provided a company to rent through but it was very expensive!Overall, it was a fantastic trip and a nice unit. We would stay here again but there are things that need to be addressed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The den was very comfortable and was the perfect setting for watching tv, playing games and family discussions. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were quite comfortable. The location of our unit was ideal! Very short walk to beach, pool and Coligny. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and hopefully not our last! Seashore Vacations is a great company and very professional and accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has plenty of seating in den which has been an issue in the past with 6 people. All beds were very comfy. First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.

None of the televisions were smart and we had no ability to watch Netflix or YouTube Premium. Relatives staying in Surf Court 32 did have a smart TV?
