Cette maison de ville spacieuse et confortable avec cuisine, salle de séjour, salle à manger. et bain rm. au premier étage. Le deuxième étage a deux chambres chacune avec salle de bain complète privée. Vous êtes juste en face de la plage forestière Dr. de la plage. Vous serez à distance de marche de restaurants 5 étoiles, dont le célèbre Tiki Hut avec musique live et beach-volley. Nous sommes très heureux de l'achèvement du Low Country Park, qui comprendra une grande pelouse pour les festivals, les concerts, les rassemblements et un musée pour enfants en bac à sable. Aussi des sentiers pédestres, des promenades et des stations d'exercice.

Owner not very understanding during Debby

Townhouse was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night as Debby was coming in on Monday. When we left Monday morning, roads were already beginning to flood from the rain. I understand host isn’t required to give any type of refund, but I read where quite a few hosts were giving partial or even full refunds because of the circumstances. We didn’t want to take any chances with forecasts for record flooding. When I asked if host could give any type of partial refund, he said only if they called for a mandatory evacuation. He said that Hilton Head is never affected by tropical storms. After contacting VRBO, host said that the storm just passed over Hilton Head. Although it wasn’t as bad as forecasted to potentially be, the storm did not just pass over Hilton Head. There were areas with major flooding. People in the area were without power during part of the storm. Public businesses were closed for a couple of days. I just don’t feel like the host was very understanding of the fact that we lost so much money due to the storm, and my children’s vacation was ruined. Even a one night refund would have been helpful. We even took the time to bring stuff in from the back deck and lay the chairs down so nothing happened to them if the wind picked up. I am in the customer service industry and I just don’t feel like this was a good way to conduct business. I would not stay here again for that reasoning.

I recently stayed at a beach condo in Coligny Beach, Hilton Head, and had a nice experience. The accommodations were clean, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed!

We've been staying at Surf Court for 9 years, and this year our usual condo was booked. Luckily, I found Joe and Monica's rental which offered so much more! There were bikes, beach towels with chairs, and boogie boards. I felt like this rental was fully stocked when compared to others at Surf Court. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There was enough room for our family of four to spread out. The location is perfect too, which is why we always choose Surf Court. Very close to the beach and Coligny. We usually visit HHI 2-3 times in the summer and will definitely rent from Joe and Monica again.

Best Vacation Ever

The townhouse was better than anticipated. Very spacious & lots of extras. The title Location Location Location did not disappoint either. We were just a short bike ride or walk to the beach & Coligny Plaza. It truly was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhouse. I hope to stay again soon.

Love it

The condo was great but the wi fi was not. The upstairs back bedroom was hot when we arrived and took 2 days to cool down. Overall We loved everything about the condo and of course Joe and Monica.

Best ever!!!

Met up with a friend that moved out of state, we’ve never been to Hilton Head and totally fell in love with the town and unbeknownst to us, picked the perfect VRBO!! Comfortable, clean and so close to beach and plaza. Long walks in neighborhood and along the beach. I highly recommend this place, location and price can’t be beat!

Wonderful!

This property was wonderful for our girls weekend getaway! The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, the pool was just out the back door, and the beach was a short bike ride away. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

Probably the best stocked rental I've ever had. Everything from the well supplied kitchen to beach towels & chairs. Short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, nice pool, and close to the shops & restaurants at Coligny. Can't wait to go back!

Great place for a fun family vacation

Property was clean and everything was as expected from the description. 5 minute walk to the beach and in a quiet, peaceful complex. Plenty to do close by by either walking or short car ride.

Hilton head island vacation

Had a wonderful trip to hilton head island thanks to the beautiful accommodations at Palm Court. We rented a 2 bedroom townhouse that was spacious, comfortable and in a great location from Joe and Monica. Would definitely recommend there place for your trip to hilton head island. #paradise.

Great location, great host and condo

Came down to HH for 6 days and wanted a place just off the beach but close enough to walk. This is the place. Price was more than reasonable, 5 min walk the beach and to Coligny Park. Condo has it all and more. Joseph the host was East to get a hold of and answered my questions quickly Would stay there again in a heart beat. Great trip

HHI Trip

It was a great place to stay for a beach trip. You are just a short walk from the beach (about 10 mins) and about 10 minutes to Colingy plaza. The pool was nice as well. The complex having guest parking was a bonus.

Great Hilton Head beach spot!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay here. The condo is at the back of the complex but is still the complex directly across from beach access which is great. The condo itself had everything we needed when it came to cooking and hitting up the beach (boogie boards, towels, chairs). The owner was super responsive and so accommodating. The only negatives were that the AC in the kids room didn’t cool as well as the rest of the house, and the complex doesn’t have a hose to wash off beach items, except for the showers by the pool. Those weren’t enough to not give 5 stars though!

Perfect space and location

We had the best week within walking distance to the beach and shops. Host was generous with use of beach items and responded quickly to our questions. Kids had a blast and definitely want to come back again!
