Sleeps 11 - 2Kings, 1 Twin over Full Bunk with Additional Trundle, and Sleeper Sofa.
This end-unit townhome, located directly on the ninth fairway, underwent a complete remodel in the Spring of 2020. Virtually everything here is brand new, including the modern, well-equipped kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, new cabinets, granite counters, a filtered hot and cold water dispenser, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmers. The entire villa has been freshly painted & there is new carpet and tile throughout. Pool open April through September - no hot tub.
The main level offers a cozy living area ideal for entertaining, a large flatscreen TV, a sunny dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with additional seating, a small workstation, a half-bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. The leaded-glass front door allows for plenty of natural light & the entire staircase has been renovated with modern posts and cable-railing. There are two sliding glass doors which open to a furnished back patio surrounded by greenery and overlooking the golf course.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms include new bedding, furniture, flooring, fixtures, and TVs, as well as their own en suite bathrooms, with the master offering a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a small balcony with a golf course view. This villa boasts many special touches to make your stay enjoyable- dimmers on the overhead lights to create a soft ambiance, USB chargers on each nightstand, an entryway Butler to catch all of your shoes & bags, umbrellas for the rainy days, full-length mirrors in the bedrooms, cards & games for your entertainment and even a pet feeding station for your furry friend! Guests will also enjoy access to the large, shared outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, while the new Sea Pines Beach Club and the beach itself are just a short walk away.

Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals, and sunset dinners.
