Nice place to stay. Near everything but felt secluded in the forest. I will stay there again. Only negative was the mosquitoes..bring lots of bug spray.
The house was great for my family and my two dogs! The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was great amenity and the house is close to fun attractions.
Great place just a little rough around the edges. Very quiet and plenty of bed space. Living room was a little small for our group but fireplace was nice. Needs a little paint and refreshing. Beds were great and kids loved the bunk beds.
We took 5 adults and 2 shitzu dogs and the house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend of festivities. The hot cold was cold more like warm bath water but otherwise everything was great. Will book again.
It was a wonderful experience, the cabin was perfect and we felt comfortable. Only thing I didnât like was that the hot tub was located in close to the woods otherwise we will definitely be back next year.
This is a very nice place It was super clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Eden Crest. Will stay there again. It is located in a resort but still felt private. So close to everywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge
The outside picture did not do the house justice! It was clean and neat with a well stocked kitchen and large eating space in one room. Hot tub was perfect and the location so close to everything was very enjoyable!
This property is clean, convenient to attractions, and quiet to sleep in.
The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cookware. Very cozy fireplace in living room made the cool October nights comfortable. We will be back next year and will choose this cabin if available. Thanks for a great stay!
Cabin was very clean. In a great area (although the hill getting up to it was steep/ so for those of you looking into renting this spot make sure you got good tires/all wheel drive/4x4 for colder months) but the cabin provided the essentials as mentioned and definitely worth staying there for your next trip to Tennessee
Cabin was a great size. Needed cleaning better! Also the heat didn't work great it wouldn't heat over 68 degrees on the cold nights and morning.
It was a great location, my children loved the horseback riding place at the turn off to Gold Rush Road.
Cabin was exactly as advertised. Clean and updated. The only complaint I had was there could have been extra linen left in the closet especially since you need more towels when using the hot tub. Other then that, I would rebook again. Very close to lots of activities, sights and restaurants. Glad they offer the passport to paradise, saved us money on tickets to attractions in the area.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was fine. We didn't use the hot tub. The house was clean. The kitchen and living room didn't heat up like the rest of the house, it wasn't cold but it wasn't as warm as the rest of the house.
Rerouted on first day to another location due to plumbing issues. but nice upgrade. Great customer service from David G but no contact from management as promised. Overall
Enjoyed our stay. At our 2 location. The hot tub didnât seem to work to full capacity and the washer quit working on our last night while washing clothes. We did see bugs and think they were roaches. The couches were an eyesore and beds uncomfortable.
Apple Blossom is a nice decent place for the price you pay and I would stay there again...BUT! There are a few things that needs to be fixed to prevent further bad reviews. We needed help with the WiFi (no password posted in the house or text) and the hot tub and never got anyone to ever respond to our calls and text all evening. They never even called us back. The hot tub was like warm like bath water and couldnât the get the temp to go up. It was a girls trip and the reason we rented this place was for the hot tub and we couldnât even enjoy it or get it fixed.
Apple Blossom chalet is close to all of the attraction.
This chalet had the potential to be nice but is in need of some attention. The floors were really dirty and the rugs were stained (pet friendly). The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the upstairs beds and floors were very noisy. The floor in the master bedroom creaked with every step. weeds had overgrown to the size of small trees in the flower bed in the front. The location was convenient but the chalets are close together. The guests that stayed to the left of us partied late into the night and the guests behind us used our backyard and drive way as a shortcut when walking. We didnât receive the door code for our 4pm check in so I called the property manager around 6pm and was given the code to enter the property. The buttons on the hot tub didnât work so we couldnât change or adjust any settings. The ice maker on the fridge leaked puddles of
Water on the floor that we had to clean up several times each day. We didnât spend a lot of time in the chalet and were only there for three nights so we made the best of it. The location was close to all the attractions and the price was very reasonable. It was nice to have a place big enough for the whole family so close to the Pigeon Forge strip.
Our stay at the property was okay. We did end up spending more time at cabin than anticipated because it rained most of the time we were there. The sofas are extremely uncomfortable and positioned to where you get a âcrickâ in your neck to watch the TV! The beds were comfortable but made a loud crunching noise every time you moved thereby disturbing the other person. Cobwebs with spiders in various places, when I took the trash can liner out of kitchen can, it is filthy! The liners are so thin itâs ridiculous! Tore to pieces getting it out! Thank goodness there was a second flimsy one hanging there! We brought bathing suits for the pool which would have been fun since we were in because of the rain but it was closed the entire time we were there! The wide staircase was nice for getting your luggage up and down the stairs. The placement of the tree at the top of stairs is questionable. You can barely get by it! Our solution was move it into bedroom one in the nook until the end of our stay. We would stay with Eden Crest again but not at this particular property.
On a positive note: We were very pleased with the Explore card! We didnât discover this nice extra until right before coming! We really enjoyed the benefits of this card!
The resort was in a great location and there was plenty of room for my family.
Upon arrival we found a joint in the front porch railing. I never received a text message with the door code, I drove down to what I thought was the main lodge and was told it was a private residence. After calling the number, I did receive the code to open the door. When we did get into the cabin it smelt like someone smoked weed in the cabin. The cabin was clean but the front porch railing was rotted out and a bolt was used to âfixâ that problem. If we pushed on the railing, it would have fallen off. Major safety concern! The back deck was slippery and my daughter fell due to the moss on the back deck. There was one outlet in the bedroom with the bunk beds that did not work. My son slept on the pullout and rolled over and found his arm had blood on it and he was in pain, he found a small shard of glass in his arm. My other issue was that the gas grill was empty. We discovered this when we were beginning to grill. I called the 800 # and the lady asked me if I checked the tank when we arrived. I didnât know that this was my responsibility. The lady at Edencrest said if we wanted to get the tank filled that I would get reimbursed. I did not fill the tank, I figured I would not get reimbursed. I sent an email to Edencrest and never received a response. My brother emailed and was offered a $150.00 gift card off a future stay. He declined the offer, we would NOT return. This place needs an overhaul!
Nice home away from home. Unfortunately we did not have any heat, after three calls to management we were provided space heaters at 9:45 at night which kept popping the circuit breakerâs. We were only spent time there to sleep, however not a very good sleep when it was extremely cold in the house
Cabin was clean and beautiful. Also cabin is in great location it was 20 miutes away of gatlinburn.
Cabin was clean inside and out side everything was there towels, plates, napkins, soap, shampoos, bathrooms were clean, hot water all the time, fire place to keep us warm, TV'S, wifi, new system of alexa was very helpful, the gaming table for the kids and adultsđ, customers service was great the times that I called and the best is the location everything is close when I say everything is everything you don't have to drive more than 20 minutes wich is awesome. Now the only thing will said that will help to improve the experience it will be perfect if Eden gets security guards in cars driving around in the area at nigth it will awesome and am pretty sure that will increase the amount of visitors but beside that I will recommend this VRBO 100%.
BTW: I will go to make a reservation again for 2023 in February because I want my wife and kids see snow that how I loved this place and I will try to get the same cabin.đ.
Three families with ages ranging from 2-63 enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Nicely stocked. Hot tub, fireplace, fooseball table were added enjoyment. Communication, checkin and checkout were all easy and good. Beds are all comfortable too!! Would definitely recommend!!
