Niché dans une rue résidentielle calme, cette maison 3 chambres 2 salles de bain a été soigneusement entretenu et décoré avec goût pour offrir un cadre accueillant à nos clients. Le garage double mène à une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, comptoirs coréens, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, gamme de verre surmonté, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle. Aussi laveuse / sécheuse soigneusement mis dans le coin des armoires de cuisine haute. La cuisine mène à la salle à manger à plan ouvert (siège 8 avec rallonge de table), accès à la salle de Florida Screened Porch par des portes françaises. Salon décoré avec goût avec canapé et causeuse, télévision à écran plat 48 ', films Netflix gratuits, lecteur DVD, câble et connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Chambre principale a un lit queen blanc, salle de bains / douche avec vanité séparée, beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La deuxième chambre a également un lit Queen et placards. Troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux, décorée de couleurs vives pour les jeunes invités, a TV et lecteur DVD pour regarder des films ou jouer à des jeux. Salle de bain principale a jacuzzi à remous ... parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée de visites ou tout simplement jouer sur la plage !! La salle de la Floride arrière, porche filtré est parfait pour se détendre dans la soirée, entendre l'appel du coucher du soleil des oiseaux, avoir un jeu de cartes .. ou discuter juste le jour. Le jardin arrière est entièrement clos avec une clôture de confidentialité, idéal pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques.
Attention à notre lapin sauvage résident 'Roland', il vient généralement visiter tôt le matin et après 17 heures du soir !! Il aime une carotte ou 2 donc n'ayez pas peur de lui donner une petite collation ... tant que c'est végétarien !! Si vous vous promenez dans le quartier, cherchez les paons, plusieurs vivent sauvages dans la région.
La maison a la climatisation centrale, double vitrage pour le garder au frais en été et chaud en hiver? !! Une maison très confortable avec des planchers de tuiles partout, le rend facile à garder propre et un minimum d'entretien. Nous aimons y rester, j'espère que vous aussi.

The whole experience was excellent. The owners were very helpful and the house was equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. Great neighbourhood and location for access to lots of activities.

Very cozy

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The owners are super nice and very helpful. The house is spacious and very clean. The backyard is huge and the patio is very nice. We didn't want to leave. We would for sure stay there again.

Absolutely amazing

This house was beautiful. The back porch screened area was where we spent a lot of time laughing and making memories. They provided accommodations and were very pleasant to work with. We are definitely staying here again in the future! Very comfy beds, perfect for our huge family, and definitely a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Loved Green Gables

From the moment we walked into this property we knew we were going to have a great month. The property was clean and the hosts left little treats when we arrived, which was so appreciated. We loved the backyard in the morning for coffee and listening to the birds and rooster, and found the peacocks. Highly recommend this property for families! Close to shopping and about 30min to beach.

a great place to stay

absolutely everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, sheets & even staples stocked in the kitchen. The homeowners made us feel welcome & I was sure they would have responded quickly if we'd had any issues. The lania & covered patio are a great place to have your morning coffee or a meal. This location was perfectly situated for us between family & beaches. Grocery stores & restaurants weren't far away either.

Welcoming, Clean and Special Attention to comfort of their guests.

We were pleasantly surprised on our first, ever Home-Away experience. Home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and stocked with supplies. The owner even had milk, bread, eggs and fruit for our breakfast since we arrived late the evening before. We went to Palm Bay to attend s family wedding, so the location was perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Home Away From Home

My family and I rented this home on short notice due too my uncle's passing. It had plenty of room for three adults and two children. Lorenz was very accommodating with such short notice. The house was clean, homely, and very comfortable we felt as if we home. I would definitely rent this house again!!

Very clean and comfortable

Green Gables was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay in Florida. The purpose of our visit was to escape the northern winter and to work remotely. Green Gables fit the bill for this. We especially enjoyed the sunporch and backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to take day trips and explore the area. I would recommend this property to others.

My Home Away From Home !

Finding decent and affordable lodging during trips away from home can be at times stressful and taxing on your funds. Well , HomeAway to the rescue. Clean rental with gracious hosts

Very nice property! Our extended family stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the property. We especially appreciated the little touches like how nice the house smelled when we walked in and the book with restaurant suggestions and house information. The owners are very accommodating and tried to make every effort to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back as house is close to relatives in the area. I only hope that with all the good reviews that future guests continue to take care of the property as well as the owners do! Thank you Lorenz and Ginny for a wonderful weekend stay!

Enjoyable Visit

This home was very comfortable and clean. The residential area, in which it was situated, was quiet and seemed safe. The backyard was lovely and fenced in, which was great since we had my mother's chihuahua with us. Publix is five minutes away, and we appreciated the fact that the home was very well stocked with basic kitchen necessities, such as coffee, salt, fresh milk, eggs and orange juice, etc. Ginny is a very talented woman, and if you ask, I am sure she would show you a few of her creations. Safe travels!

great family home in Central Florida/Melbourne area

My family (two adult children/son's fiancé and my husband) needed to stay in the Palm Bay area to attend my mother's memorial service. I know this area well from visiting my mother over the years. The home suited our needs perfectly- close to my Florida relatives, very clean, gave us room to spread out yet plenty of open space so we could be together as a family as well. I greatly appreciated the excellent communication from Lorenzo, both before and after our arrival. Checkout was easy, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks so much for helping to make a difficult time easier for us.

Wonderful stay! Friendly owners!

My husband and I decided to rent this house as we were relocating to the area and his family wanted to visit us before we moved into our house. We selected this house based upon Lorenz' friendliness and timeliness of communication. We were very impressed with our entire stay, from Lorenz showing us around when we arrived to him coming to personally check us out. The house was absolutely beautiful and very, very clean! The owners also made the house welcoming by providing some of the essentials, more than just the towels and sheets from our previous stays. The love they have for their home is evident, and you will feel it with your stay! =)

Perfect in every way!

The home was perfect for our family to gather during the holiday. We were able to cook items to bring to our Thanksgiving dinner at my family members that live nearby. Every thing we needed was available. The home is impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt like we were home! It is decorated so nicely and was a refreshing atmosphere. The backyard and porch are relaxing. It is close to shopping, many choices of restaurants and very little traffic. We had 6 adults staying and it was spacious! Lorenz and his wife were extremely helpful, welcoming and accomodating. We left some valuable items accidently! Thankfully they found them and shipped them to us right away. You will be glad you chose this home for your getaway! We were and would definitely return again"

Nice Clean Property

We enjoyed our time in the home. The owners were great to work with. The home not only smelled clean it was clean and I really appreciated that. Decorated nicely for Christmas. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and hanging out in the screened porch and backyard. Being able to use the garage was a bonus. Thanks for having us.

My brothers and I were visiting our father and fourth brother who live in the area. The house was in the perfect location. The owners were very gracious from the beginning. Graduation Getaway

Myself and my kids were in town for a high school graduation. When we arrived the house was exactly what was pictured, upon entry into the house it was everything that was pictured. This house exceeded my expectations as we literally did not need to go shopping only for groceries for the kids. The arrival treats were great! The rooms were immaculate, there were supplies for the beach that my very adventurous 6yr old daughter found in a closet that I wouldn’t have even looked in that I actually had ordered via Walmart to be picked up later that day and I was able to cancel the whole order. Lorenz was very attentive to our needs, communication was great. All around great property. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable and well stocked

Perfect rental for my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 8). It felt more like staying with family and not a bare-bones rental like some others we’ve stayed in. Having muffins, fresh fruit, milk and English muffins saved us a trip to the store after our cross-country journey. We loved the quiet ceiling fans in each bedroom, the ample table seating options (indoor or outdoor), the toiletries, nightlights, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

I originally grew up in Ohio, but slowly moved South with family until we found Florida..and stayed!! My husband is from the UK, we settled in Palm Bay after he retired from the Royal Navy as a Warrant Officer in the Submarine Service some 11 years ago. We love it here, we enjoy trips to the beach, early morning walks there are wonderful. We live only a short distance from the vacation home, our policy is to meet guests on arrival, introduce ourselves and give you a tour of the property and relevant information about your stay. We will also meet you when you leave to collect keys etc. We do all the maintenance and cleaning ourselves and take pride in providing excellent service.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this property with the intention of setting it up as a Holiday -Vacation Home. We took our time to find the right property at the right location and we believe we found it! With my husbands UK background we hope to get guests from Europe, but also from USA and Canada. For the winter months we would like to see 'Snowbirds' coming down to visit. Florida really has the best weather during the winter months...we hear of snow storms, people getting stuck in icey/wet conditions..just putting up with long cold winters...makes us appreciate living in Florida. So come on down ...see what we have to offer!!
