A quelques mÚtres de la Piazza del Popolo, au coeur de la ville, l'appartement a été récemment rénové.
Grand et lumineux, il se compose de trois chambres, deux doubles et une avec deux lits simples (mais aussi un lit double sur demande), toutes avec salle de bains, salle à manger, salon avec canapé-lit, cuisine et grande terrasse bien entretenue. La cuisine est équipée de tout l'équipement: four ventilé et micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, machine à café Moka et cafetiÚre américaine, bouilloire.
Inclus dans le lave-linge, planche Ă  repasser et fer Ă  repasser.
Les chambres ont des draps et des serviettes. Dans chaque salle de bains, un sĂšche-cheveux et des articles de toilette gratuits.
Bien meublé, dans le centre de Rome mais calme est idéal pour passer d'agréables moments de détente.
Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'aux coins les plus pittoresques de la ville.

Great place! Excellent for a group with each room having a washroom.

Excellent place. Outdoor patio was great for hanging out and the location was prime to all the sites and the metro to the airport. Air con in each room and fully supplied kitchen. Would stay again.

Wonderful place in fabulous neighborhood

We had the nicest stay at Marta’s place. The accommodations were very comfortable and there’s an adorable little patio we enjoyed coffee and wine on. Marta was very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is very charming with a very short walk to the Piazza Del Popolo.

Little oasis in central Rome

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful apartment situated very close to the Piazza de Popolo. Very convenient location within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Apartment has all the amenities one could wish for. The host was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Comfortable beds, great location, beautifully decorated. Nice to have the A/C. The courtyard patio is charming, and we spent most of our time oit there. Marta is great, and very helpful!

Marta met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She left yummy snacks and coffee. The apartment was in a very good location to get to everything from stores to taxi stand. My only recommendation would to have a few more towels with better quality! Marta was amazing the house was comfortable. I highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing apartment

From the time of booking until we left the flat for the airport, everything was streamlined and easy. Great communication. Great air conditioning and an amazing location are only part of what makes this place great. It's a beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace. It made for a perfect few days in Rome to end our Italian adventures.

Loved our location, Marta was a keen and caring host who helped us with local knowledge. The apartment was perfect for 3 couples with plenty of space and an outside area to enjoy. Spacious, clean and quiet

Our family of 4 stayed at a few Vrbo rentals while in Italy in March. This was our favourite rental as it was clean, spacious for our family and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It is only less than 10 minutes walk from many sightseeing spots and walking distance to most other spots. The metro is also a nearby if you choose to take it. We took it once to the Coliseum since our Tour involves 3 hours of walking but we could have easily walked there. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Marta always communicated in a timely manner when we booked our stay. She offered to arrange a cab to pick us up from the airport which we took. After a long flight, having a trusted cab to pick us up made things really easy. Upon arrival, Marta was there to greet us and show us around. She even had snacks which our kids loved and enjoyed throughout our stay. Thanks Marta! Joanna

Loved this apartment

Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay at Marta's apartment. Great location, you could walk to all the sites in City Center. Three bedrooms and three baths, big living room and dining room, adorable kitchen. Plenty of privacy. Fresh flowers on arrival as well as snacks, milk, yougurt, juice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great Apartment

The apartment was very comfortable with a great terrace. Highly recommended. Three big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The location of Piazza del Popolo was ideal: within walking distance of great places to eat - great restaurants, handy cafes/bars - and good shopping. We loved the nearby Museo dell'Ara Pacis which offered a different view of Rome.

House is adorable. We had 5 adults and a toddler and plenty of room.The house is updated with a historical feel it also has fabulous ceilings not shown in pictures...Then add a wonderful garden and outdoor space. Wow!!

Fantastic Apartment Prime Location

Apartment was awesome. Very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. Marta was a great host, help with transportation arrangements. Appreciated the flexibility at checking in to be able to leave our bags there while it was being prepared for us. One of the most outstanding features was the prime location. Very walkable, great shopping and dining options, close to Metro and steps away from a beautiful piazza.

Excellent Stay!

Marta’s apartment is so perfect for a short or extended visit to Roma. We were there in winter and we all wished we had been there when the weather was warm enough to use the patio - it’s beautiful! The apartment was centrally located and perfect for our family of 5. We were there over Christmas and Marta spoiled us with delicious treats and she even had a little Christmas tree. She was also easy to get ahold of on the few occasions I had questions. I highly recommend this rental!!

Perfection in Rome!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Marta’s apartment near Piazza del Popolo in June 2019. Communication with Marta was very easy and reliable. She scheduled a car pick-up for us at the airport and was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived. Everything about the apartment was great...WiFi, air conditioning (in every room!), beautiful patio, comfortable and clean furnishings, etc. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

Marta met us at the apartment and everything was perfectly set up for us. The apartment Is perfectly located for sightseeing and local restaurants. We asked Marta to coordinate transportation from Airport to apartment, from Apartment to train station both went flawlessly! We also asked If she knew who could cook a dinner our first night and brunch our last day. Marta and a Friend presented a feast that was both delicious, relaxing and perfect! I would never stay anywhere else! It was perfect! Thank you for making our family trip so special!

Great comfortable apartment in amazing location.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped, has a separate bathroom for each of three bedrooms. It’s right next to piazza del Popolo, close to subway station. The owner is easy to reach, she replies promptly to emails and she is very helpful. When we arrived late in the evening, we found milk and yogurt in the refrigerator, coffee and tea in the kitchen, fruits and pastries on the table. It was great to be taken care of on our first day after a long transatlantic flight. Overall I was very happy with the apartment and highly recommend it for staying in Rome.

I renovated the apartment last year, owned by my family for generations, with a passion not only of an architect but also of those who have lived here many nice moments . It was in fact the house of my grandparents . For its location at the center of the Eternal City , I immediately thought of making it available to those who want to live an unforgettable Roman holiday .
