Amazing location

We spent two nights and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to absolutely everything. Matteo was quick to respond to our questions.The apartment was huge (we were 6 adults).Definitely worth staying here.

Awesome location

We loved the location. Only drawback is the lack of drop off space is that it is on a narrow street with a street restaurant next door and street parking, not unusual all over Rome, but this meant dropping us and our suitcases off on the corner up the street. Grocery located around the corner which is very convenient. We would consider staying again.

Beautiful Apartment in the perfect Area

We were in Rome for three nights and this apartment couldn't have been more perfect. Raffaele allowed us to check in early and made the whole process very easy. He was also very responsive with the few questions we had. We were very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps and close enough to the Colosseum to walk. The neighborhood had lots of great restaurants to choose from and was very safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Terrific location and apartment

We loved being in the middle of so many attractions. Multiple groceries right around the corner if you want to cook - many, many restaurants if you don’t. Very easy check-in.

Great Location

This is our second time staying and we love the location. Check in process is easy and the team is always responsive to questions or needs. The apartment has plenty of room for everyone to relax after a busy day of traveling. Apartment is showing some wear and needs a little TLC.

Great location

Im the center of Rome, busy street, a lot of shops, restaurants, right next to a taxi stand and metro. Place was clean and spacious.

It is a nice appartement directly in the center, 5 minutes away from piazza spagna

There is enough space for 6 people, it was clean and we had a very good time in roma!

Amazing stay, highly recommended

I could not choose a better location! The apartment is beautiful and bright, I truly enjoyed it. It is located right behind the corner from the Spanish Steps and the main shopping streets, I could visit Rome almost feeling like a Roman, also thanks to Beatrice's suggestion that were much appreciated

Great for family of 5!

It's hard to find places with enough actual beds for our family. This apt was pretty large and had enough beds for us all. It was comfy and the location was perfect. 2 blocks from Spanish Steps and restaraunts and shops all outside the front door.

Aging and tired apartment but warm, relatively comfortable and the most fabulous location possible. It does need some care soon and would be nice to provide the guest with some amenities such as basic cleaning, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder.

Wonderful Central Location

Great central location on a charming street with restaurants and shops and walking to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona. Although not as elegant as the pictures imply, it is a very spacious apartment comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 2 teenagers in a wonderful, convenient location. It could use some painting and freshening up, but we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Location and Pleasant Stay

We (my wife, 3 older teenage kids, and myself) loved our stay. This location is fantastic with a quick walk to the Spanish Steps (10 minutes), Trevi Fountain (10 minutes), busses/Metro (5-15 minutes, depending), a grocery store (2 minutes), and several restaurants (1-10 minutes, depending) ranging from full service to quick gelato, coffee, or pastries. Kitchen amenities/supplies were very basic, but no problem for our family.

Comfortable, clean and spacious

Alice and Lucrezia made the check in process smooth and helped us get oriented in Rome. Our family of six fit comfortably in this spacious apartment. Location very close to Spanish steps and lots of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Overall okay. Great location

The apartment was a fantastic location. It isn’t as clean and fresh looking as the pictures make you think. Needs a good cleaning and they could be a little more generous with the linens and supplies (No kitchen towels or dish towels were supplied). The property manager was easy to communicate with for check in.

Perfect Location

The apartment was great! Right in the middle of everything. We were traveling with my mother in law who had some mobility issues so being a block away from a taxi station was excellent. Apartment was lovely and beds were comfy! Had a problem with a shower and someone came quickly to fix it! Great property. I would definitely recommend it or stay there again if I ever return to Roma!

"Elegant apartment", not so much

It is in a great location. The apartment is spacy. And combined that is 4 stars. But most of the dining table chairs are broken. The dining table is scratched up a bunch and there are no cleaning supplies. Communication from the rental company was not good and it took a long time to get to them via Whatsapp.
