This modern villa is on a quiet estate on a big site right by the beach.
The villa has a kitchen, a living and dining room, a separate WC and a laundry room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The kitchen measures around 10mÂČ and provides all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living and dining room measures around 45mÂČ and offers a lovely view of the sea. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom comprises a double washbasin, a shower and a WC. One bedroom has a double box spring bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, while the other two each have two single beds (80 x 200cm).
You can dine outdoors in the 1750mÂČ garden and enjoy the view. If you go through the garden gate you are right by the beach.
A highchair and a cot can be provided on request. There are four bicycles in the garage available for use.
About 10km away in Concarneau you can visit Ville Close, an artistsâ village, where Vincent van Gogh painted. There is also a golf course 10km away. You can go shopping at a supermarket about a five-minute drive away.
