Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the apartment boasts a large pool open April to September, terrace, video entry system, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and all other mod cons you would expect to find in an apartment of this calibre. With tennis courts, gym and spa one minute away, and a selection of golf courses to tempt you. This beautiful apartment is also very close to the sandy beaches and a short stroll from the heart of San Pedro with its fantastic array of restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus is only a 3 minute drive away.


Further Local Area Information San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 10 kilometres west from the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own. Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets, which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.

Excellent apartment in great location

We had an excellent time in San Pedro - a very nice resort but with enough going on for couples and families. The flat is spacious and clean with everything you need for a great holiday - except if you like microwave dinners as there is no micro. The pool area was never overly busy and we always managed to get a sunbed whatever time of day we went down. Umbrella's are also provided if you need some shade. Some very nice restaurants in San Pedro - and the beach and beachfront are great. Booking and getting keys was all very easy. Journey from Malaga airport was about 40mins - very straightforward.

Excellent Apartment

This is an excellent, clean well appointed good value apartment, close to town and beach with everything you need for a great holiday. The block is also clean, secure and well maintained. I will be coming back here and I warmly commend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in San Pedro

Excellent Apartment

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is very modern, spacious and extremely well equipped. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Photos cannot do justice. The pools were lovely for both children and adults and again were spotless and well kept. The proximity to the shops and restaurants of San Pedro was fantastic - we loved the vibe in the town and tried out many of the restaurants. Overall, the apartment and location were fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday destination. Looking forward to a third visit soon.

Highly Recommended !!!!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at this luxourious appartment. It was of extremely high spec and positioned within the most immaculate grounds and a perfectly positioned private communial swimming pool. The pool catered for couples and young children with shady areas by the baby pool and areas for adults. I loved the old spanish feel of San Pedro with its authenic tapas restaurants and great shopping. There is also a great chinese and curry house a stones through away from the appartment. The beaches were a short walk away and minutes in the car you are at Marbella Town and Puerto Buenos. I'd definatly recommend and return myself. Jo, August 2009

excellent Holiday

I have stayed at this apartment 3 times, the inside interior and outside exterior is excellent, with its shared swimming pool, the apartment is very clean and well maintained.San Pedro is a charming place,very friendly,plenty of places to eat and drink and close to the beach it also has a tennis club a few minutes away.It is easy to get to Marbella Puerto Banus, Ronda ,Estopona and many more places either by car, or bus which has an great service, I walked to Puerto Banus along the beach many times. I have recommended this apartment to my friends .I will be returning as soon as I can.

San Pedro Apartment

We have stayed at this appartment for 2 years running now and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is in an excellent location in the town of san pedro. The beach is just a couple of minutes away with plenty of restaurants and small taverners to enjoy. The apartment itself is of very hi class standard. The lounge is very spacious and modern with patio doors leading on to the large balcony. The bedrooms are generous with 1 being en suite. I would recommend this apartment to any one of any age and would guarantee they had a wonderfull stay.

Lovely block of apartments with a nice size pool, Great security and private, Quiet and very clean, Close to shops, pub and a lovely (very reasonable priced) chinese restaurant around the corner, easy walk to the a clean beach, Only a short drive to nearby hustle and bustle of the big towns, ( if thats what your looking for) The apartment itself is very clean and surprisingly spacious, Good size living room with balcony and two good size bedrooms, one ensuite and the good sized fitted kitchen had everything we needed, Thanks J Barry
