Skol 206 - Spacious 2-Bedroom Duplex Holiday Home
Spacious and newly-renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom duplex on the 2nd floor of Block A in the Skol Building, with excellent sea views and top-quality materials.
This lovely west-facing apartment is located in a very quiet area of the building, and has been completely modernised. Accommodation comprises: large living/dining room with sofa-bed for 2 guests and sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and the complex's gardens and pools; complete and compact kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine; shower room with WC; stairs to the top floor; master bedroom with a large double bed and luminous windows with great views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and second bathroom with shower.

The complex has communal gardens, three swimming pools open all year round, a cafeteria, and a gate leading to the beach promenade.
